Ten at the Beach comfortably accommodates up to 12 people .With 2 internal living areas and seperate TVroom it is easy to find space to relax and enjoy tropical living . Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private court yard or deck, where you can get some private time away from your group to read or relax, The decks are furnished with easy chairs or lounges some with beach or pool views. A further large decked area with BBQ and comfortable 12 seat dining suite next to your own private lap pool and sensational double waterfall water feature in a luscious tropical garden .A large multi jet spa will help you unwind and take in the breathtaking tropical surroundings.
. A 2nd story extensive sun deck with views to Black Mountain over looks the pool and spa with waterfall feature.
A separate TV room with DVD on a 52-inch plasma screen with theater sound. Free Satellite Austar TV .
With no roads to cross it is only a 20 meters walk to the waters edge, with beautiful coconut trees casting their shadow over the golden sands of Four Mile Beach.
Centerally situated Ten at the Beach is an 80 meters walk to local restaurants, convenience shops and tavern. Macrossan st with its world-class restaurants and other attractions is accessible by a delightful 40-minute walk north along coconut tree lined Four Mile beach. A southerly 10 minute beach walk takes you to the Sea Temple resort with its own shops bars and restaurants Also local buses service the area every 15 minutes.
HOTEL STYLE
All beds are made with clean pressed sheets and all 5 bathrooms have clean white towels (2 per person) bathmats, face washers, starter pack consisting of soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. After every seven days booked, house is professionally cleaned. Daily cleaning is available at extra cost.
GOURMET KITCHEN
A fully equiped kitchen with large 6 burner stove and 2 large refridgeraters ,stone bench tops with full length servery to the outside decking make self catering a dream.

Hi John,
We have just returned and had a great time.
In case your maintenance people have not checked, the gas bottle ran
out on our first BBQ and we changed over to the reserve.
The house was as good as we had hoped for after reading all the reviews
on your web site; very spacious, very handy to the beach and very well
equipped.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was just so amazing! It had everything we could have wished for.
It was also wonderful to have use of your house for our wedding day preparations, we had some shots of bride and flower girls inside the house and the front courtyard and can't wait to see them - everyone commented on how beautiful and stylish the house was- we all felt like we were holidaying in a resort in Bali. My mother just loved the kitchen and all the accessories (she's Italian and knows her kitchens !) .
Our stay was truly marvelous and memorable - thanks to your house!

Hi John. Your house is absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time. It was just what I wanted for my 40th. Everything ran perfectly and the beds were really comfy too, which is always a concern when one stays somewhere else.
The tavern down the road was handy on Friday night. We went hard and fast and woke up very slowly Saturday morning, which was the day of my birthday! Not a good way to start your 40th years (headache!!!)
We were totally relaxed after our weekend away. Thanks again for accommodating us with the short notice.

WOW! 10 at the beach is better than the pictures show! The house is immaculate,well planned and beautifully furnished. We were 3 families from different parts of the world and we never felt crowded. Everything is provided, linens, soap and plush towels. The kitchen is gourmet and has all of the essential tools. The pool and landscaping provide your own tropical paradise. With the beach at your doorstep what more can you want?

The house and location are amazing. Really clean and well kept. We loved all the little hiding places - perfect for afternoon naps in the sun. Great place to relax.

A truly wonderful and magnifecently appointed villa which easily accomodated our party of 11 adults and 2 infants.just far enough out of the village to be away from the crowd if you so desire..A magnifecent beach at your doorstep .If you want to holiday in style 'Ten' is the place to stay.

I can highly recommend 10 at the beach, the house is fantastic and has everything that one requires and more.
There were 8 of us and each couple had their own ensuite, balcony and private area in which to escape.
The house if extreemly well designed to suite all types of families and there was a rush to see who got the cabana outside near the swimming pool, with it's four poster bed and mosquito netting.
It is only minutes to the beach, and few more minutes to the pub and a little shopping centre down the road.
Everything is new and of a high standard and I would definately go back and recommend it to anyone.

The house was fantastic - decor and design throughout very stylish and modern. It exceeded all expectations and the location is superb. We enjoyed staying there so much we felt reluctant to go sight-seeing! The property owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this house for family groups travelling to Port Douglas. Look forward to going back again!
