Description

Smiths Beach Retreat is located in a quiet court and is nestled amongst the treetops with views of the ocean and surrounding hills. It is just a short stroll to the beach for a swim, surf, fish or walk.

The retreat is a magnificently built double storey red brick and cedar home. It comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 people.

It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with claw foot bath), 3 WCs, fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 decks, laundry facility, courtyard garden, outdoor settings and BBQ.

Smiths Beach Retreat is available all year round for weekly or weekend stays.

First Floor

The charm of Smiths Beach Retreat is captured with the open plan of the first floor. It offers cathedral ceilings, leadlight windows, Swedish fireplace and 2 outdoor covered deck areas.

The kitchen, dining and the main lounge area are located on the first floor.

The lounge area has 2 couches, TV, DVD, Swedish fireplace and ceiling fans.

The dining area is spacious and seats 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has crockery for 12 people. There is also a gas BBQ available.

Ground Floor and Surroundings

The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3WCs, laundry and a second lounge area are located on the ground floor.

The lounge area is designed to offer a separate living area, making it ideal for kids or 2 families.

The bedroom accomodation comprises:
* bedroom 1 - QS with ensuite
* bedroom 2 - DS with BIRs
* bedroom 3 - 2 bunk beds with 2 trundles, toilet and BIRs

Pillows and doonas are provided. Linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee.

The main bathroom has a claw foot bath, double shower and toilet.

The laundry has a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Smiths Beach Retreat has a 180 degree verandah which overlooks the landscaped gardens. There is also a private courtyard providing the perfect place to relax.

The grounds are fully fenced and there is ample room for cars and a boat.
