Tweed Coast holidays just got better with the return of our favourite Cotton beachfront apartment. Cotton Beach 36 is nestled in the lush setting of Casuarina beach. The outlook from the apartment is over the blue waters of the beautiful resort swimming pool. The owners taste for decor and taking care of their guests ensures you a furnished apartment with attention to detail, makes for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Both bedrooms are ensuited and can be set up as two King suites for two couples or a King and two singles for the family to enjoy.
The luxuriously large open plan also includes ducted air-con, LCD T.V and DVD.
The master suite has a deep spa bath for the ultimate holiday pleasure. The King bed overlooks a large balcony which can be closed off for privacy or open up to entertain friends with a few cool drinks or unwind at the end of a hot summer day on one of the sun chairs.
The apartment is set up perfectly to take in the crisp ocean breezes.
Cabarita is within walking distance on the beach or cycle paths and Marty's on Caba is one restaurant you must visit during your stay. For great coffee..its just a short stroll to The Sand Bar & Grill which has a breakfast lunch and dinner menu & boasting live local music on the weekends.
The central Casuarina rec club provides you with tennis courts, gym and lap pool all free for you to use during your stay.Kingscliff is only a short bike ride, if you need to hire you can contact the Kingscliff Surf Guru. You may like to hire a stand up paddle board to explore the Cudgen creek.

To turn it up a little, Dreamworld, Movie World, Sea World, Wet & Wild are only 45 minutes from here. As is the nightlife of Surfers Paradise & Byron Bay. A centrally located resort for a fantastic price.
The apartment is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave and so on.
We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees if applicable.
