Starting its life in 1907 as a coal miners cottage, Kearney has been lovingly restored to become a romantic and luxurious self-contained cottage just for 2.

Push back the lace iron gate to be greeted with the sweet aroma of lavender and daffodils as you begin to settle in for you stay in the glorious Blue Mountains, a Heritage listed National Park.

Relax, unwind and curl up in front of the open fire in the lounge room as you are transported back to slower more refined time. Enjoy a wine, listen to music, read, watch a DVD or just ponder over what your next days activities will be.

As the day turns into night retire to your bedroom, where a pillowtop queen size ensemble awaits to envelop you as you snuggle under the plush doona, and rest your weary head on the pillows, European cushions and bolster rolls.

I thought that I would drop you a line to thankyou for our time at Kearney cottage. Thanks for the breakfast supplies, our bed was lovely and comfortable and the cotton robes were a delight to wrap up in post spa! The location was very convenient for our walk to participate in the Winter
Magic parade in the main street. We had alot of fun at the festival on Saturday & also at the event at the Everglades on Sunday & we'll definitely be back next year!
