Each unit boasts 3 north facing, beach front, 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an under-cover double garage and roof top BBQ - all designed & built to be naturally cool in summer and warm in winter without the need for air conditioners, and with a drought proof native garden and water efficient outdoor sand shower as well! As the owner/managers of Ocean Reach, we also guarantee our guests a \'carbon neutral\' holiday, by planting 2000 new native trees annually on our nearby Monaro farm, on our guests\' behalf!

Each Ocean Reach townhouse boasts three beach facing balconies, including roof top dining/BBQ area, plus private master balcony. Each townhouse has three bedrooms - Unit 1 includes 2x single beds, 1x queen, 1xdouble plus futon sofa bed plus optional fold-out bed. Unit 2 has 3 sleeper bunk, 1xqueen, 1xdouble bed plus a futon sofa & optional fold out bed or portable cot if required. Both units comfortably sleeping 6 adults with roomy downstairs bathroom and master ensuite. Master bedroom also boasts a private balcony & remote controlled colour TV/DVD.

Modern kitchen and laundry facilities, dishwasher, under cover double garage and enclosed back area, make Ocean Reach an ideal family unit, close to beach, playground, shops and river mouth. (High chairs, cots etc are available for hire on request & are free of charge) Just 500 metres easy walk to the surf club patrolled beach, your ideal south coast holiday is now within your reach...
