Situated within the original Toodyay Townsite, experience the quiet rural life in this elevated self-contained two bedroom cottage overlooking pasture land and winter creek, lined with stately tall timber.
Only 6 kilometres from town, this cottage boasts a modern kitchen and family room with an efficient slow combustion wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning.

DIRECTIONS TO TOODYAY FARMSTAY

*From the town-site, cross the Avon River over the Bolgart Bridge.

*Turn left at Toodyay Road (sports/show groud on corner).
*Cross railway level crossing & continue along West Toodyay Road.

*Cross 'Slaughterhouse Bridge' and continue over second one lane bridge.

*See sign for Cottage Road on right.

*Approximately 50 metres on the left you will see an unsealed road, this is Leeder Street.

*Turn into the first entrance on the left. You will see two blue houses from west Toodyay road.

*The cottage is the first blue house!

ATTRACTIONS

Avon Descent white water rafting competition.

Duidgee Park situated on the banks of the Avon River, some 400m down river from Connors Mill.
You will find free barbecues, playground equipment and a lawned area for your enjoyment.
