Comprising of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed), dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, (100 lt), electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, espresso machine, squeezer coffee machine, fruit juicer, magic wand, blender, mixer, ironing board and iron) and bathroom with bathtub, heating and hairdryer.
The house has to have two heating oil, drying and springs.

A lovely break in a lovely spot.

The owner is a fantastic host, communication was excellent, and his knowledge of the area was amazing. The location of the accommodation is a few minutes walk from bars, shops, and restaurants, but it's still a quiet spot. Very clean accommodation and a perfect spot from which to explore. Will come back if our son plays in the Ibercup next year.

Incredible

We were stuck in Paris and lost out on 2 days. We managed to get a flight out and got to Cascais at almost midnight. Our host Mario was there waiting. Showed us home, how things work & showed me around the town, even made sure I knew how to get back. He made it a point to show up upon checkout too. Amazing home, incredible location and exceptional host! Thank you Mario.

Great getaway spot

This is a really nice property in the heart of Cascais, it worked perfectly for our holiday. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook for the week, and the fridge and freezer was big enough to hold a proper amount of food for the 3 of us. Mario made the check in process a breeze and was easy to contact when we had questions. The rooms were big and had lots of natural light. We really appreciated the beach towels and other beach gear that is at the property. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Cascais!

Amazing!

What an amazing stay we had at Mario’s apartment. From his friendly welcome to the perfect location, we had the most wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property for families. Mario has thought of everyone. Beach towels, beach toys, cooler bags. You name it, he has thought of it. The property is in a perfect location just minutes from the beach but far enough away that it is generally quiet. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you Mario for helping us having the best start to our 8 week Euro adventure!

Wish we stayed longer!

Great property, check in with Mario was smooth. The property was SO clean. So close to the beach and restaurants. My only concern was the strong smell of mild/mildew under the sink in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods available. I bought a box and left a few for the next guest. Beach towels and umbrella were also available which was great, thank you. Overall, a great place. Kids enjoyed having their own room downstairs.

Had a great stay in Cascais. Mario was a brilliant host. Went out of his way to show us around the area and even got me a parking space when there was a big concert on in town and no parking spaces left anywhere. Great central location in town.

5 jours magnifiques à Cascais

Cascais est une magnifique station balnéaire du Portugal ! L’appartement de Mario est très agréable et idéalement situé dans le village au calme et à 2 min de l’eau ! Mario est très accueillant et à l’écoute de ses locataires et donne des adresses de restaurants délicieux et des sites à visiter … notre séjour était top ! Je recommande cette adresse pour les familles !

Short stay

We stayed 3 nights and it was a wonderful location and Mario is great. My only complaint was there was no air conditioning and we were there in the middle of a heat wave with 100 degree temps. There were fans in the flat which helped a lot. I would stay again - when not so hot!!

Perfect welcome to Portugal

Location, location, location! Comfortable, quiet, close to everything. Easy to reach my car. A quick walk to beach, shops, food, drink, etc. Mario is more than kind, he is full of useful information and recommendations. We had the most amazing visit. I will absolutely come back again. Cascais is lovely and the apartment was exactly what we (82, 52, 16) needed. Thank you Mario!

Vacaciones en Cascais

Alojamiento muy tranquilo, en el casco histórico, céntrico, a 3min a pie de la playa. Mario, muy amable nos mostró los lugares más relevantes para nosotros.No estoy nada contenta con la agencia. Al minuto de reservar recibo un mensaje diciéndome que no estaba disponible en mis fechas, pero ya me cobrarán. Después de buscar otro alojamiento con booking recibo un WhatsApp del propietario confirmándome la reserva. Imposible de anular y con 2 alquileres para las mismas fechas. Decepcionada al max.

Erg fijn verblijf in Cascais

Het contact met de eigenaar is erg prettig, je kunt van alles vragen. Het vervoer vanaf het vliegveld hebben we met Mário geregeld en dat was fijn. Het appartement is schoon, netjes en compleet. De ligging is dichtbij het strand en het mooie oude centrum. Dit geeft laat op de avond iets geluid maar geen overlast en s nachts is het rustig. We hebben prima geslapen. Cascais is gezellig, pittoresk, met voldoende restaurantjes, terrasjes en winkeltjes. De boulevard naar Estoril is mooi, mooie rotskust met verschillende stranden. De woonkamer is wellicht voor 4/5 personen wat klein, maar wij waren met twee personen en het merendeel van de dag lekker buiten. De aparte ruimte met eettafel is wel ruim genoeg (ook voor 4 personen) en dat is erg prettig. De bedden zijn prima en de slaapkamers leuk ingericht. De keuken is volledig ingericht en alles werkt prima. En ook de douche is fijn. Cascais is prima uitvalsbasis voor tripjes met trein en bus. Fietsverhuur is aanwezig op station. En daar in de buurt zit ook een grote supermarkt Auchan. Kortom, een erg fijne plek! Wij komen zeker terug.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this charming, clean, and perfectly located 2 bedroom! Mario was a great host- communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The kitchen was well appointed (though we didn't use it) and the apartment is exactly as described. The pics actually make it look smaller than it is- it is quite spacious! The restaurants nearby were amazing and it is also very close to the beaches and the center of everything. Would return in a heartbeart!

Outstanding apartment!

Everything about this apartment is perfect! The location is ideal (quite, yet very close to the center), the layout provides ample space for a family, it was the cleanest rental I have ever seen, and well stocked. Mario waited for our late arrival and was very responsive to all communication. This apartment is an excellent value - it is well worth renting!
