FREE EXTRAS: We have provided tea, ground coffee, sauces etc, a box of toys for toddlers, board games (in the coffee table drawer), lots of DVD's and CD's (great if it's wet) and a few other bits and pieces. We have tried to provide whatever we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do!

We can only then process your enquiry. We will not respond to enquiries without this information provided. Thank you.

BOND: Most of our guests are respectful and take good care of our apartment. Thank you. Unfortunately, a handful of guests spoil it for the rest. So we have had to introduce a bond of $300, payable 4 weeks before you arrive.

We expect you to report to us any breakages and damage to the apartment (including walls, blinds, furniture, appliances etc) and for you to leave the apartment as you found it (return furniture to original locations, clean bbq, clean and put away all dishes, empty fridge and bins etc)

Once our cleaners have been through, they will report if there were any breakages or damages, and whether or not any extra cleaning was required. If so, this will be deducted from your bond. If not, we will happily refund your bond in full, as we will appreciate that you have looked after the apartment.
