-The bedroom: 140cm double bed and a wardrobe.
-The living room: furnished with a 160 cm sofa bed, a table and 4 chairs, a piece of furniture opposite the sofa with flat screen TV and TNT English and Italian channels, a blu ray DVD player, a CD radio, free Wi-Fi .
-The kitchen equipped with 2 electric plates, a coffee maker and Nespreso machine, a toaster, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen.
-The bathroom: bath shower and sink.
- Separate toilets
For winter an electric heating a radiator in the living room and another in the bedroom.

Well appointed, warm and cosy, very convenient for buses to slopes, easy walk into town for amazing choice of bars and restaurants. Ting was a perfect host (in place), made everything easy for us and clearly works very hard to keep guests happy, the place super clean and working well

Great Apartment!

Everything is as advertised and Ting was very helpful and easy to work with. Right next to the the Chamonix Mobilite SUD station so easy access to all of the ski areas and a short walk to everything in town. Great location. I would stay here again.

Great location, very helpful host

Loved the location. Easy to get everywhere, easy to get in and out of the building. It is a block from Gare Routiere and all ski busses, a block from a large grocery and 2 blocks from Aiguille du Midi lift. Common areas of the building were really clean, other tenets quiet and friendly. Ting was easily reached for any issue. Good area for a dog in the courtyard. The apartment was a good size for 2 adults, would be too small for more. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue for me was the floor was not clean, I washed it 3 times and vacuumed twice then it was fine. The bathroom sink and floor are painted which was kind of odd and hard to keep clean. The WiFi is for the building and it really does not work so we had to rely on a personal hotspot. The kitchen has everything you need and the clothes washer worked great.

Certains éléments sont à améliorer tels que le pommeau de douche qui coule faiblement, le radiateur de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas, la machine à café Nespresso ne fonctionne pas non plus. Le wifi est à améliorer.Par contre, la literie est très bonne. Le logement est bien équipé, bien situé, au calme.La petite terrasse est sympathique. Un salon de jardin fixe serait appréciable.Nous remercions Ting pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, son efficacité et sa gentillesse.

Bonjour et merci de votre retour! Le radiateur de la salle de bain fonctionne, mais je note de nous devrions peut-être expliquer sa mise en route. La machine Nespresso fonctionne aussi, avec l’adaptateur de prise fourni dans la cuisine. Pour la douche, effectivement la pression est basse dans l’immeuble. Ravi que vous ayez passé un bon séjour, au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau!

Bien situé pour le centre ville et les tandisL’appartement est petit mais suffisant pour deux personnes. Nous pensons avoir laissé ce logement dans un etat plus propre qu’à notre arrivée. Une prise sort du mur (besoin d’être vissée dans le mur). La terrasse était sale, même pas balayé

Bon potentiel mais mal entretenu

Arrivés et accueillis sans délai, nous avons pu profiter immédiatement des alentours du fait de l'emplacement de ce logement ,toutefois, dès le premier soir, nous avons eu le regret de constater quelques détails qui nous ont déplu. Le rideau de douche est littéralement plein de moisissures ce qui n'engage pas vraiment à se relaxer dans la baignoire un peu datée et tachée. La fenêtre du salon, bien que d'un effet "châlet" garanti a dû rester fermée car ses charnières ne sont plus très loin de lâcher. Pour finir on regrette que pour un séjour d.une semaine, l'aspirateur permettant un coup de propre ne fonctionne pas car hurle une fois mis en marche et sens le brûlé au bout de quelques instants. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des chaises longues et d'une table en extérieur. Elles étaient littéralement absentes. Sans cela, Merci encore à Ting et théo pour leur accueil.Je le redis, l'emplacement est le véritable point fort de ce logement qui mériterait vraiment un coup de jeune !

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, idéalement placé près de la gare routière et du centre ville de Chamonix à pied. Pas très bien isolé par contre, surtout quand il y a des travaux dans l’appartement d’à côté à 8h30 … La personne qui gère ce logement est très agréable, arrangeante et disponible.

Séjour magique à chamonix

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à chamonix , l’appartement est très très bien situé , et confortable. Ting la dame qui nous a accueilli est très gentille , et disponible. Seul petit point négatif , l’appartement est un peu sombre et le matelas du salon , pas très confortable. Passable pour des enfants .
