IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 28 days NOTICE THE FULL BOOKING COST IS PAYABLE WHETHER OR NOT THE OCCUPATION OF THE HOLIDAY HOUSE OCCURS.

$280 per night covers up to 2 couples, ie 2 double rooms - extra
persons are at $35 per person per night - weekly rate
