The villa is on a large enclosed landscaped plot with 10m swimming pool (optional heating at additional charge €40 per day excl jan- feb) .Sea views from the first floor. Ten minutes walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and the main strip. The private swimming pool has Roman steps is surrounded by patio and large landscaped garden. Three large bedrooms, two en suite both to the first floor, third bedroom and bathroom to ground floor .The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with granite worktops. Large dining area with patio doors to outside dining. Lovely spacious lounge with large settees, TV, DVD, sat TV and wifi. The brick built barbecue stands in the garden close to the covered outside dining. There is plenty of off road parking space along with a pergola for shade. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Great villa in a quiet location. The communication we had with Lisa booking taxis and all information was excellent. Villa is a short walk from Philippos (supermarket) , then only a few minutes further and you are on Coral Bay strip. Villa is well equipped and even had plastic glasses for the pool area. Many thanks

Lovely private pool and gardens. Villa was well equipped . Although towels and pool towels were provided only 1 shower towel and one pool towel per person. We did wash them but as cooler nights towards the end of the season they did not dry in time for next day. Very close to Coral Bay but part of busy road did not have pavements and with a pram wasnt possible to walk.

It is standard practise to supply on bath towel per guest in all villa rentals, we however also provide a pool towel and a hand towel per guest. We also provide washing tablets and on all stays over 14 nights you get them changed after a week. Many people choose to wash them more regularly and if you wash on a morning by the time its lunchtime they are dry . With a pram i would have gone left out of the villa heading down towards the sea rather than right heading up towards the main road as this way is a lovely quiet walk bringing you out at the bottom of the strip. Great location and ideal for family group

Stayed here with our family in September 2023. Very good location being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into Coral Bay. The neighbourhood was quiet with the garden and pool both very private.

Living the dream in Coral Bay.

A beautiful well maintained villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lovely views from main bedroom terrace. Would definitely come back again.

Fabulous relaxing holiday

My wife and I had a glorious 3 days at this beautiful villa in Coral Bay. Only 20 mins drive from Paphos and well located for the beach, shops and dozens of restaurants, it is a great location. Lisa and Felix provided loads of useful information about the villa and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa in a nice quiet location but only a short drive to Coral Bay for all the restaurants, beach etc. Pool was really nice and well maintained by Felix. Will return when next in Cyprus.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The villa fulfils every requirement for the perfect holiday any time of year! Its spacious , modern, well built, it has large garden, fully enclosed, 10m pool with the option of pool heating for those colder months. The villa has under floor heating so really can be let 12 months a year.The location is perfect within an easy walk to Coral Bay centre with bars and restaurants, no car needed unless you want to explore.
