All 3 suites are fully self-contained with q-size beds, ensuites, kitchenettes, private entrances and off-street parking. We are 5-7 minutes from the centre of Armidale on 4 acres of native bushland overlooking the town.

The Studio (1 X Q-size bed + 1 X sofa-bed) is a stand-alone building, separated from our house by the swimming pool. The Garden Room (1 X q-size bed) and the Piano Suite (1 X Q-size bed - separate bedroom) are both attached to our house are fully self-contained and have private entrances and off-street parking.
