Set in 4 acres of native bushland but just 8 minutes drive to the centre of Armidale or 10 minutes to UNE!

Relax and unwind in your modern, quiet Studio apartment. Enjoy FREE internet access, music, and a selection of movies on the in-room iPad and wall mounted LED flat screen television.

The Studio is fully self-contained with a q-size bed and a double sofa-bed. It is open-plan but has an ensuite, kitchenette, private entrance and off-street parking. It is a stand-alone building, separated from our house by the swimming pool.

* Salt-water in-ground pool (heated during the warmer months)
* Free broadband internet access (bring your own wireless-enabled laptop or use the ipad)
* Reverse-cycle air-conditioning and electric heater

As our guests choose to stay with us because it is such a quiet retreat, we do not take children but are happy to recommend other B & B's which do.
