Our renovated villa with private pool, heating and air conditioning on Benissa Costa is located in a residential and peaceful area. La Fustera beach 1200 m with beach bar, restaurant. Pinet beach 1000m
It includes: three bedrooms with mosquito nets, (air conditioning and heating) a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, a modern fully equipped kitchen open to a large, convivial living room with fireplace, HD TV, wifi
French, British, Germanic television channel ....
Around the private pool is a beautiful garden where children can play with a breathtaking view of the sea. A garden furniture, a ball game, a plancha and deckchairs for moments of relaxation.
Please note July and August we only accept full weeks.
From December to April heating supplement (consumption reads meter)
Swimming pool which can be secured
Pitch for two enclosed cars / washing machine.
Cot and high chair available.
Beds made upon arrival
Final cleaning € 120 extra and compulsory.
Supplement of € 50 per week per dog.
Food shops at 1500 m.
