Milgrove is a charming cottage set on 80 acres of absolute beachfront property. Walk or drive 600m through the property for direct access to the beach, or enjoy a private picnic by the lake. There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 single), bathroom, sunroom (with sofa bed), lounge, kitchen and internal and external dining areas. Wide verandahs offer additional covered and uncovered living space. In winter, the glass-fronted wood fire offers warmth and atmosphere. The cottage has rural views across the property.

If you love the beach, but like the tranquility and privacy of a rural setting, Milgrove is the place for you.
