"THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM!! We absolutely loved the place! With its cosy bedrooms and nice artwork on the walls, well fitted out kitchen and great stock of DVDs made us feel so relaxed. Most of all we loved the deck and the view overlooking the sea, it was just perfect for just sitting out and having a glass of wine and just taking things in. The views of stars at night from the deck were AWESOME. I would truly recommend this place to anyone, we will be coming back for sure !!"

"Salthouse is THE perfect easy weekender. The view is divine, the kitchen is brilliantly equipped, the DVD collection is enormous. While the living areas and bedrooms are not huge, they generously and easily accommodated not only 4 adults but 2 kids. Looking forward to going back soon."

"The Salthouse was a perfect weekend get away from the city, with beautiful ocean views and a comfortable space both indoors and outdoors. We loved our weekend away staring out into the ocean looking for whales, walking along the beach and drinking wine on the terrace listening to the sounds of the waves. And Tomson, our wee dachshund loved the great ocean views from the living room. "

"We had a wonderfully relaxing time at The Salthouse, fluffy doonas, super comfy couch and views to stare at all day. Our dog loved wandering around the patio and sleeping in the sun. We ate, we drank, we sat and watched movies from the incredible selection and we wandered to the beach and the pub. Perfect, can't wait to go back..."

"A wonderful location for a relaxing holiday. The house is extremely stylish yet very comfortable. The little extra's go a long way, eg olive oil, herbs, and a fantastic barb-b-q to cook on. You never want to leave and that includes our staffy who just loves the house & the easy access to the beach. For us having a fantastic cafe which serves great coffee is an extra bonus... Not to forget the pub. All within walking distance."
