"Elandra" the ultimate beach holiday home. Large open plan living with high lined cathedral ceilings. Wide open balcony with breathtaking views of Moana Beach and the Fleurieu Peninsula. This majestic beach holiday home can be used for the most private honeymoon couple or perfect for family and friends get togethers. The large main living areas and games room are perfect for those large gatherings. The living areas and main bedroom all have first class Fleurieu Peninsula and beach views.

The large main bedroom is equipt with a Queen size bed. Listen to the ocean surf at night from the main bedroom that also has private access to the main balcony. The balcony has meals seating and a BBQ.

The second main bedroom also has a Queen size bed with beautiful surroundings while the third bedroom sleeps 4 children or teenagers comfortable with 2 double bunks. A sofa bed is included in the large living area.

"Elandra" has a large second bathroom with seperate laundry including cloths dryer and seperate WC. All linen, towels and cleaning materials are supplied if required.

Please note that Elandra sleeps 6 adults in 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed and 4 children/teenagers in 2 double bunks.

Games Room

The seperate games room has also a 7x4 professional pool table with extra seating. For the kids and also the grown ups there is PlayStation 2 with in house games and a second TV. The P.S.2 also doubles as a second DVD player for the kids.
All this with spectacular ocean views. Just outside the Games Room is a secure undercover area perfect for the kids outdoor play area.

Moana Beach

Moana Beach is arguably the best and cleanest beach along the Fleurieu Peninsula and only 30 minutes from our new Adelaide Airport. Some of the activities to enjoy or view are swimming, surfing, beach fishing, boating/jetsking, wind surfing, and cycling just to name a few. A 2 minute stroll will take you to parks and tennis courts. For the wine connoisseur you have a 10 minute drive to the McLaren Vale wineries and for the Golfer we have the Willunga picturesque 18 hole golf course in the heart of the Southern Vale. The 7 day Seaford shopping center is just a 2 minute drive away where you can purchase all your amenities including Foodland, a Butcher and a Liquor store. Please enquire within for that get away or special occasion. Longer stays are negotiable. What more could you ask for?
