"I have been to the Callala Beach many times and have stayed in many other holiday houses at Quay Road. I think so far this is the BEST holiday house..." says one of our many guests.

"We stayed at Pepper Tree by the Sea from Friday to Monday and we thought it was absolutely fantastic! We are both very busy at work and with only a short break needed to relax straight away, which your place did from the minute we arrived and strolled over to the beach! Your place is lovely, really comfortable with all amenities. Callala is a lovely area, really tucked away from it all which is fantastic."

  • "We spent our honeymoon at Pepper tree by the sea and it was amazing! Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. I would recommend Pepper tree by the sea to anyone :)"
    Aaliyah, February 2012

  • "We loved our recent stay at Pepper Tree by the Sea. A great place for our family holiday with our son and his family, who live in Papua New Guinea. We had with us a 5 week old baby and two year old and everything worked so well for them and therefore us.The lay out was ideal, plenty of room and everything that we needed was there including a high chair. The baby gate and out door balcony and garden for safe play was a bonus - did I mention that we also had a dog. The proximity to the beach meant we could all swim easily and quickly return home as needed especially wonderful for the baby's Mum. The furnishings and general ambience were marvellous and as serious foodies the kitchen was a dream. We certainly recommend a visit and we hope to return."

  • "Our stay at The Pepper was the best experience we've ever had hiring a house. We arrived to a spotless and well equipped house with everything that we could possibly need already there.Aside from prompt and polite service, Nigel and Sarah's attention to detail in making our stay easy was flawless, from the smooth transaction while hiring to the follow up call afterwards. I could not fault this property or it's caretakers at all. I hope The Pepper Tree is still available in a years time. We'll be there!"

  • "Pepper Tree By The Sea was the perfect place for our weekend away. So close to the beach and the facilities in Callala Bay. The veranda was the perfect spot for breakfast and relaxing. The pool table was well used. Being four adults and one child there was plenty of room and facilities for everyone. The heated outside shower was also very useful. Would definitely recommend a stay."
    Linda, November 2011

  • "A really lovely house in a great spot right opposite the beach. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. A lovely touch with the welcome drinks supplied and all the little extras. We and our pets had a really nice time. Thank you Nigel and Sara."
    Kathleen, October 2011

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay at Pepper Tree by the Sea. Our family (2 adults, 3 kids, and a doggy) had plenty of room to relax. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The wood fire kept us warm and cozy during rainy days. Our dog loved going for runs on the beach across the street, as well as being in the fenced back yard. Callala Beach is a nice, quiet area and perfect for relaxing!"

  • "We had a wonderful stay at Pepper Tree by the Sea. The house was extremely comfortable and very well set out for 2 couples. Our children are grown up now so we did not use the third bedroom but found the house perfectly suited to our substitute children - a labrador and a corgi. The dogs had a ball on the beach down the front and on the many walking tracks we discovered. The house was ideally situated for visiting the surrounding areas. Beecroft Peninsular with Abrahams Bosom track, the Gosangs Tunnel and Mermaids Inlet, would have to be one of the best walks we have ever been on. We did it all, including dinner at the RSL and fishing off the point to the left of the house. Even caught a mullet and two bream, as promised. And the Coonara kept us warm when the weather turned cold. Great house. We had a great stay."
    Lesley, May 2011

  • "We were 4 adults and 1 small dog and we all had a fabulous time. We barbequed, swam, had a pool tournament and just generally enjoyed our 4 days at Peppertree. There wasn't anything missing including "bug" spray, dog dishes and sparkling wine and beer. Thanks once again to our hosts."
    Nancy, April 2011

  • "Great location across the road from the beach. A beatiful house with all you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. We'll be back soon!"
    Annick and Anthony, January 2011

  • "What a wonderful way to spend Australia Day! The house has everything you would ever need, if beautifully laid out with space for everyone. It felt like home in no time. Lots of fun learning to play billiards and the dogs loved the beach and being able to join us on holiday. Fresh, clean and very modern with very comfortable beds! "
