About this property

Seafront villa with pool and amazing view on sea

Sa Nau Perduda is on the coast road between Sa Riera and Sa Tuna. The house is
situated almost at the end of a road which leads to a cove with a rocky beach,
about a 50 metre walk. People swim and snorkel here in the summer (adult
swimmers rather than children as the cove is rocky with deep water).

The stunning outlook from the house and the cove is towards the Iles Medes, protected islands to which you can take boat trips. You can see the whole coast up to Estartit. The town of Rosas can also be seen in the distance. Fish and birdlife in the bay and around the islands have national protection and the waters are clean and clear. The view is wonderful. All rooms, the pool and the terraces in the house have this amazing vista and you can hear the waves lapping onto the rocks in the cove in front of the house

The house is built on the side of a steep slope and hugs the hillside. It’s equipped with our own comfort in mind as well as comfort for visitors. We welcome comments from visitors about the house and its facilities and take action on customer feedback whenever possible

Beautiful Property/Location

Beautiful views throughout house. Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed inside. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were great. Outdoor deck areas and garage floor were not very clean and most outdoor furnishings were stacked inside and not outside ready for use. Probably a function of preseason rental period. Only other issues were never had a working TV (best we could figure cable subscription had expired) and water pressure seemed consistently low. Owners and operator were a pleasure to work with. Property was also a fantastic value for us.

Das Haus bietet einen fantastischen Meerblick. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut. Jede Etage hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Dennoch fanden wir die Ferienunterkunft in einem etwas unsauberen Zustand vor. Das Haus ist an sich in die Jahre gekommen und stand für uns nicht in Relation zum Preis, den wir in der Hauptsaison gezahlt haben. Wir hatten die ersten 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. Das Problem wurde aber schnell von der Argentur vor Ort behoben. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt, der okay war.

Wunderbares und grosszügiges Haus.Die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen ist sehr grosszügig. Das Haus ist etwas angeschieden und es hat in der Nähe keine Verpflegungs- oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Ein Auto ist ein Muss.Die Aussicht ist unvergleichbar schön und einmalig.Nachts ist es jedoch sehr windig und laut. Das sind aber die einzig negativen Punkte.Anonsten war es wirklich absolut traumhaft. Zahlreiche Buchten sind zu Fuss innert 30 Minuten erreichbar.Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Mooie locatie maar het huis heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig

Helaas was het huis niet schoongemaakt toen wij om 17:00 uur aankwamen (daar is door het agentschap echter snel en goed op gereageerd). De zonnebedden bij het zwembad zijn oud en stuk. De keuken is oud en aan vervanging toe. De rolluiken en ramen werken niet overal naar behoren. Op verschillende plaatsen in het huis ruik je een vochtige lucht die niet prettig is. Ook was de buitenruimte niet schoongemaakt. Het uitzicht is mooi, de communicatie met de verhuurder verliep prettig, maar het huis heeft echt een grondige update nodig. Er zijn aanzienlijk mooiere woningen voor deze prijs te huur. Wij komen niet hier dan ook niet meer terug.

Fantastisk havudsigt.

Fantastisk sted hvis du ønsker ro og en fantastisk hav udsigft. Dejlig pool. Gode terasser rundt om huset. Nye og bedre havemøbler er ønskværdig. Indvendig er huset super. Masser af godt værelser med badeværelse. Fint køkken, hvor der er alt man skal bruge. Jeg vil gerne tilbage til huset igen.

Sehr schön, traumhafte Lage, aber Sonnenliegen und - auflagen sollten ausgetauscht werden. Zusätzliche Sonnenschirme wären nicht verkehrt, mit wenig Aufwand würde die Villa der traumhaften Umgebung gerecht werden.

Vue magique

On se régale de la vue sur la mer de tous les côtés. Villa spacieuse, très bien équipée, chambres confortables. Très bien située pour faire du tourisme sur la côte où les petits villages à l’intérieur. Un parasol et des chaises adaptées à la hauteur de la table de la belle terrasse des chambres du 1er seraient les bienvenues pour en profiter pleinement.

Un emplacement magnifique et une maison très agréable avec vue sur mer de toutes les pièces ! Pleins de coins sympas autour mais la maison avec la piscine et la petite crique au pied (attention ne convient pas aux amateurs de sable ) se suffit à elle même.

A perfect week.

Everything about this property lived up to, or exceeded, expectations. The view is spectacular, the house is spacious and was well suited for my wife and me, our adult children, and their partners. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The beaches were a short drive or walk away, and the small medieval town of Begur offered a very good selection or restaurants and shopping. We drove to several other areas in the region, and realized quite quickly that we had chosen the best area for us - it has a true Mediterranean feel to it. The owners also clearly want their guests to enjoy their visit. We very much look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Villa avec vu magnifique, spacieuse, fonctionnelle , piscine parfaite , seuls la Clim dans les chambres ainsi que des parasols récents manquent éventuellement à cette belle maison . Sinon séjour très agréable , beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter dans un rayon de 50 km ( begur , pals , girone , figueras , l’escalade , l’estartit……Barcelone pas si loin que ça 1h30 environ

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une maison au top, emplacement magique avec une vue superbe de n importe quels endroits de la maison. Des criques à proximité avec un peu de marche mais très accessible. La maison est idéale, très bien équipée, on s y sent bien et nous avons été accueilli avec un petit cadeau ! Literie au top, nos étions avec des ados et chacun avait sa salle de bain ! Bref nous conservons cette adresse et recommandons aux vacanciers !

Nous avons passé fin août début septembre un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa à la vue époustouflante,incroyable!!Elle est très confortable,et bien équipée!Les nuits sont d’un calme !!Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine,de la crique en bas,du camino de ronda qui passe juste à côté,et nous étions tellement biens que nous ne sommes allés au restaurant qu’une seule fois à midi;nos soirées a Sa Nau Perduda resterons un délicieux souvenir!!

wunderschön gelegen,unbezahlbare aussicht

einiges in dieser villa ist schon etwas in die jahre gekommen,die derzeitigen besitzer sind jedoch sehr offen für anregungen diesbezüglich. alle schlafzimmer mit jeweils angrenzenden badetimmern sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.auch in der küche fehlte es an nichts und alles war sehr sauber geputzt.die lage und die aussicht der villa sind einfach unbeschreiblich schön.

Wunderbare Ausblicke aus allen Räumen! Schönes Haus.

Schlüssel abholen und abgeben in 20 Minuten Entfernung ist etwas umständlich. Außenbeleuchtung war nur teils vorhanden.
