Description

This unique house sits on the first rise from beautiful Maslin Beach. Built of rammed earth and timber. It has stunning views of the ocean and cliffs.

Upstairs, relax on the surround balconies while listening to the surf.

Enjoy the fantastic views while preparing your meal or relaxing in the open plan living area.

Split level up to two bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 single and bathroom.

Downstairs bedroom is a studio unit, with queen bed, lounge area and ensuite. Enjoys its own balcony surrounded with the palm garden and more views of the sea.

Things to do

2 min walk to beautiful Maslin Beach, relax on the sand, swim, play, surf, picnic, walk the dog - unleashed on northern end of beach, enjoy the sunsets.
Seals, dolpins, and pelicans frequently visit, you may be lucky !
5 minute drive to McLaren Vale award winning winerys and great local Restaurants.
15 mins to Historic Willunga and the most renowned Saturday Farmers Market.
A short drive to Silver Sands and Aldinga Beaches, enjoy Cafes or stop anywhere on the beach in your car and enjoy a picnic.
A great day out to Victor Harbour and the Murray River mouth or Cape Jervious.

  • "fabulous location - beautiful views - so relaxing sitting next to the fire and looking out at the ocean, just bliss. The owners have thought of everything, all the little touches were greatly appreciated and we even got little doggie treats left for Sam & Bella. Our dogs loved roaming around the garden and meeting the neighbours on thier daily walks. we will all be back soon. The only thing we can think of that could be added is a doggie door but was not an issue at all. just loved it, thanks for your hospitality Rob & Julie......from Clayton, Leanne, Bennett, Sam and Bella Reeves."

What has become my favourite place in the whole world is now being shared with others. The owners Julie and Rob are great and always very welcoming. Have travelled the world and am still yet to find anywhere as unspoilt and beautiful as Maslins. Never mind the nude people, had a little swim myself one morning while noboday was looking!"
