Description

This comfortable home has three lounge areas, plus dining area, plus an undercover gauzed outdoor plantation room with gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
Home theatre system with plasma screen. Games console.
Sound system.
Broadband internet connection point and wireless facilities. Take your laptop if you wish to keep in touch.
Large kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave.

Air-conditioning,ceiling fans and a cosy combustion stove in the sunken lounge to keep you comfortable all year round.

Bed configeration.
Bedroom 1- queen
Bedroom 2- double
Bedroom 3- two singles
Bedroom 4- 2 tri bunks [ i.e. double on the bottomand single on the top.
Bed linen and bath towels provided. Just bring your beach towels.

Lie around the saltwater swimming pool in a peaceful garden setting if you don't want to go to the beach or try the many activities in the area.Pool is fenced and adjacent to the planation room.
Two balconies upstairs .

LOCATION

This Beachhouse backs onto reserve and Lighthouse Beach ~ making it one of the closest Beachfront Holiday homes to Port Macqaurie. Go north approx 15 mins into Port Macquarie or south about 15mins to Laurieton.
Enjoy the sound of the waves and the feel of the sea breezes.Beach access best from beach pathway just a 100m along the road.
Walking distance to local shopping centre, cafes and local bistro.
Approximately 4 hours from Sydney, and a little more from Queensland. A good halfway point if meeting friends.

Fish , swim , surf , or sunbake on this magnificent beach.
When you are finished relaxing there are plenty of activities in the area for the whole family.
Ride a camel along the beach. Visit the vineyards.
Go 4 wheel driving, skydiving.

"Myself and 6 friends gathered for a reunion. Three of us used to live together in the mid 70's. Casey's Beach House was a great place to meet up and get re acquaint ourselves. The facilities were clean, plenty of firewood for the combustible fire. Beds were especially comfortable. Outdoor area is a great idea for eating outside. Too cold to swim in the pool. Would suggest that you give instructions for when the lights go off ie put the key into the holder by the front door. Great place to stay, have already recommended it to friends Marilynne"

"This place is awesome the beach is at your footsteps, the pool and bbq area is great to hang out. Port Macquaire is only about 15 minute drive or approx $50 for a taxi which is great once you split that up accross 5 ppl. Woollies, the pub and the bottllo is only one street over and the pub make great food. I would definately recommend this to anyone, i'm also even thinking of booking another holiday up at port mac along with this house."

"Thanks so much for a delightful holiday. Enough space for our four sons and their kids with plenty of break out lounge areas for when the kids get too roudy. Pool was a complete hit with the kids and so safe. Beach right at your doorstep. My son remarked it had been 'years' since he had surfed three times in one day. We will come again. Everything you said it would be and more."

"We had a really enjoyable week at Casey's with 9 adults comfortably accommodated - plenty of room to stretch out and relax, enjoy the outdoor BBQ patio with no mozzies and three different lounge areas in the house. A really quiet location off the main road and with a good stretch of beach accessed through the back yard."

"We had a group of 10 adults staying at Casey's we came from as far as Lismore nsw and Sydney. We all decided that this was a great half way point. We were very happy with Casey's ,lots of space very private backyard and the outdoor room is were we spent most of our time all screened in and the beach right at the back door. I would recommend Casey's for a large family or a friends get together."
