There is security parking in the basement and the building is fully secured.There is a childrens playground in the park and it is only a short 3 minute stoll to the cbd & patrolled beaches.The RSL and Surfers Sports Club cater for family dining and are both within 100 metres as is the transport to all the theme parks.

River Park is located on the River side of central Surfers Paradise at the lower end of Caville Mall. Turn into Peninsular Drive (opposite bus transit centre)then first right into Watson Esplanade (first high-rise on right)
