Description

Panorama 13 is a large very private 168sqm newly constructed modern superior split level 2 bedroom townhouse which is a corner apartment, this gives Panorama 13 extra large balconys, lots of light and magical views.

Panorama 13 offers the latest and ultra modern white 2 pack furniture, with a 52 inch large plasma Tv, Lcd Tv's and Dvd players in the bedrooms. We also think of the small comforts, such as a BBQ, an extra fridge on the balcony, to keep your drinks cool and an ultra quite yamaha electric buggy. It is located in the heart of Hamilton Island on the north-western side and offers spectacular views overlooking Henning and Dent Islands. This modern luxurious townhouse is set on a hillside just up from Hamilton Harbour and Marina making it very close to all the action infact it is only a few minutes walk or a 1 minute buggy ride to front street where all the restaurants and shops are. Sit back on your private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view. The balcony has a modern 6 seater outdoor setting, BBQ and fridge, nestled in front of a waterfront reserve with lots of trees in the middle of nature. A gentle stroll through the reserve and you are on the waterfront.

PANORAMA has its own private swimming pool with beautifully landscaped areas to use at your leisure and only guests that stay at PANORAMA can use the pool. Staying on Hamilton Island allows you to use all the resort pools and facilities.

Panorama is fully self contained. It sleeps up to six people and comes with everything you could possibly require for your stay –52in large Plasma TV, 21in Lcd TV's in Bedrooms. dvd players in Living room and also in Bedrooms, video, stereo, CD player, Stainless Steel dishwasher, Stainless Steel fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a meal and you can choose to eat inside at the modern white six seater dining table, breakfast bench or outside on the balcony, seperate living, dining area and internal laundry. It is one of the only apartments to come with fully polished timber flooring throughout and fully air conditioned including in the bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite/spa and its own balcony that also has spectacular views.
The second bedroom also has its own bathroom. The beds in this room can be made up as two singles or a king as required or there is a large suede L shape lounge which converts into a double sofa bed in living room upstairs. It also has a portcot and high chair to make life easier if you have children. This first class apartment also comes with the use of a 4 seater Yamaha electric buggy with free airport transfers.

Just a fantastic location between the Marina and Catseye Beach and walking distance to cocktails at the lookout on sunset. The unit has a set up that allows for families to relax and enjoy thier stay and not stress that the kids are going to destroy the executive fittings. The views are amazing, each morning I would watch the sun rise over the Witsundays with a coffee in my hand (the local coffee is also amazing) and just be in ore of the beauty of the place. The golf buggy makes getting a round a breeze and exploring the island is a must."
