Girls Holiday Dream

The property was perfect for what we needed, close taxi proximity to everywhere & v cheap taxis.Natalia as a host was extremely attentive and responsive and did everything she could to be accommodating to all of our needs.As a girls holiday where you just need a pillow for your head at night it fits, we had the villa at maximum capacity and it worked well.

Lovely villa

Really nice volla, thr hist was great and always replied to any queries veey fast. The outside area was lovely and spacious but it could do with some more umbrellas for shade. Nice area to stay and and lits of space inside. A few small upgrades would improve the villa, such as more comfortable pillows and extra shade in the garden. But they really arent big problem's and we had a lovely stay. Thank you to our host!

Family holiday to Vilamoura

I Would highly recommend this property. We stayed for 10 nights in total and were very impressed with it. We found it ideal for a family holiday. Our host was in contact with us regularly and wanted to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Any issues/queries we had were responded to and resolved within a short space of time. It is, as the advert for the property states, a good walk to Vilamoura so I would recommend having a car for your stay. The location of the villa is in a very nice neighbourhood close to the Hilton hotel and golf. There is also a tourist train which we used with the kids which stops at the Hilton and brings you to the marina. There are also some nice restaurants in the vicinity. Overall a great break!

Lovely villa but not clean!

We stayed here for a short stay of 4 nights. The villa is lovely with good sized rooms, comfy beds, great location, good pool and garden. Natalia was very responsive and helpful and answered our queries quickly. However, we were really surprised to find that the villa had clearly not been cleaned for our arrival, there were cobwebs and dead insects throughout the house. Shower screens, bathrooms & toilets were dirty and we found a large pile of dead insects where the children's trundle bed had been pulled out ! All kitchen items had to be washed before using as they smelt musty and cobwebs in kitchen cupboards too. It looked as if the villa had been shut up for sometime and not cleaned after the last guests left. We had to spend a few hours cleaning which obviously isn't what you’d expect from a holiday rental!

I thank you for the time spend to explain your feeling. I m happy that you enjoy my villa and I m sorry you don’t find all satisfaction concerning cleaning. However ,you check the whole house at the check in and you confirm being satisfied at the women house in charge at the moment . Sometimes with the desinfection Covid19 we add an disinfectant that provokes ants death days later .This being, I understand the disadvantage and gonna change our way of doing. Maison plaisante mais mal entretenue

La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée (chambre et salon avec la clim, cuisine toute équipée en vaisselle, robot ménager, ustensiles,..salle de bain avec serviettes, WC avec papier toilettes,.) Extérieur avec de quoi manger (barbecue, table, chaises) et se prélasser au bord de la piscine. Plusieurs parasols disponibles, mais le ménage est très mal fait que ce soit pour la maison (insectes morts, WC sales, tâches au sol, sur les murs..) ou la piscine sâle... Nous en avons informé la propriétaire qui a fait passer les agents de ménage... qui ne sont pas à la hauteur tout simplement... Quel dommage La maison est bien située à 5 min en voitures de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, plage,...) Quartier très calme Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire mais ses employés ne suivent pas... personne pour le check in ni le check out...

Vacanciers très respectueux des lieux. Seule leur communication traîne en longueur dès la réservation et utilise un mode question en sens unique, sans forcément ensuite un retour. Ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de faire preuve d’une extrême réactivité sur tous les sujets pour rendre leurs vacances les plus agréables et simple ( même si retard Check in non communiqué ou Check out au dernier moment )

Perfect place to stay in Vilamoura

A group of 9 of us met up for a reunion. As we arrived we said this place looks even better than the listing online. It's the perfect place to get the most out of the Algarve region. Generally places are no further than 10-15 minute travel and the house has great faciliaties, allowing you to cook food and spend unforgettable memories around the pool. We couldn't have be happier about our stay at this beautiful Villa.

Fabulous villa - highly recommend

We had the best time in this villa. It is very well proportioned and excellently equipped. The kitchen has everything you would want and more. There is a dishwasher, two freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer and everything you would need for a baby - bath, cot, highchair. The outside area is perfect - pool is a great size and the steps into it are a bonus with young children. There are plenty of sun loungers and lots of grass. The bbq area is great for outside eating. I don't think the photographs actually do it enough credit. Despite it being a 25 minute walk to the marina it is a pleasant walk or only 6 euros in a taxi (as of August 2022). There are a few cafes/bars within a 10/15 minute walk if you prefer to stay local. The road train can be caught at the Hilton hotel (5 minute walk) and that will take you to the marina also. Natalia is always available to help with anything you may need and she answers your messages instantly.

Razoável

É uma moradia interessante mas não está verdadeiramente preparada para receber grupos grandes. Só tem um frigorífico (estamos habituados a 2 neste tipo de moradias). Não tem cortinas nas janelas, o que acaba por ser muito desconfortável. Na realidade só tem 3 quartos, o outro quarto é quase um cubículo (serve para crianças). O preço é exagerado para a qualidade que oferece (moradia pouco sofisticada).

Lovely villa in a very peaceful area, we were very pleased & would rent again

Just a couple of niggles, lack of pillows for the beds & us ladies thought lack of long mirrors in the bedrooms, & also we all thought there could be a information pack of the area, places of interest, emergency numbers & maybe bus timetable. & also instructions on the some of the kitchen appliances. We had a great week & would recomend it.
