Frangipani has views of beautiful Smiths Lake with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living area leading to the deck with outdoor dining. Metres from a safe, sandy beach (Amaroo Beach), boat ramp and Frothy Coffee overwater café with boat hire (catamarans, canoes and tinnies). Next door to Blueys Cottage. Beaches, restaurants, golf course and national parks are just minutes away. Three hours north of Sydney and 20 minutes south of Forster. Sleeps 9

Location and house arrangements

Less than 3 hours north of Sydney (via Pacific Highway). Accessed by the Lakes way. 20 minutes south of Forster.

Local Attractions

Lake beach (Amaroo beach) metres walk from the house, which is great for children, large grassy areas with shade. BBQ's, swings and play equipment in the grassy reserve. Lake beach is next to Frothy Coffee Boatshed, an overwater cafe. You can also hire tinnies, canoes, catermarans and kayaks. 5 minutes drive to beautiful Cellito Beach, also known as Sandbar, accessed by a rainforest boardwalk, and next to a Golfcourse. Bluey's, Boomerang, Elizabeth (Patrolled) and Shelley beach just 7 minutes drive north of Smiths Lake.

"Frangipani was a delightful place to relax and enjoy our holiday. The proximity to the lake and the coffee shop was great and the set up of the house was good for two families. Walking in to find kitchen basics there made us feel right at home. I thought the information provided prior to and at Frangipani was excellent which made packing for the trip easier.
