I am delighted to present you this holiday rental ad for a 180 m2 villa located just 5 minutes walk from the village in a quiet area. This beautiful villa is equipped with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including two master bedrooms each with its own shower room. The other two bedrooms share a shared shower room. The villa thus offers maximum comfort for a stay with family or friends.

The villa also has a large wooded garden, embellished with a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a magnificent swimming pool, in Bali stones, 8x4m to relax in peace. You can also enjoy a living room with wifi, television, a reading area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces are also very pleasant, with its olive tree and lavender that blooms during the season. You can enjoy the sun or shade according to your preferences.

This vacation rental is perfect for people wishing to enjoy the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by vineyards, while being close to the charming village, typical of the region with its many stone houses. The area is also ideal for nature lovers and sportsmen, with many outdoor activities nearby. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime are 15 minutes away.

A large parking lot, accessible by an electric gate, allows you to park several cars safely at the foot of the villa.

Bon Vacances

The whole place is fitted out well, any problems are sorted out quickly. Location excellent, you need a car to explore the Coat d’Azur but Plan de la Tour is a great place, lots of fond memories. The property is private and just the right distance to walk into town. I want to do it all over again! Thanks so much, we had a beautiful time.

Wir haben im August diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei erwachsenen Kindern besucht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von einer sehr freundlichen Immobilienmaklerin empfangen, die uns alles genau erklärt und uns wertvolle Tipps und Tricks zur Umgebung gegeben hat. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist bestens ausgestattet – es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Hinweis für potenzielle Gäste: Das Haus liegt in einer sehr kleinen Sackgasse, wodurch die Straße manchmal sehr eng ist. Man muss ein bisschen hoffen, dass kein Auto entgegenkommt, wenn man unterwegs ist. Insgesamt gibt es aber nichts Weiteres zu beanstanden – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Alles was nabij. Bakker lokale buurtwinkel en een beetje verderDe grootwarenhuizen in Saint Maxime. Voor de zee moesten we de auto nemen maar ook niet zo heel ver rijden. Huis zelf was heel aangenaam en ruim., enkel beide ovens werkten niet omdat de elekriciteit uitviel en als je een avondje pizza hebt gepland viel dit tegen. Wifi was in sommige plaatsen niet beschikbaar wat voor kinderen minder was. Zwembad was top en het contact met de eigenaar ging heel vlot. Als er iets was dan werd dit direct behandeld. Het was heel leuk verblijven in Plan de la tour. Wij komen zeker terug!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce petit village au charme indéniable et agréablement animé. La maison est très spacieuse, la piscine et les aménagements extérieurs sont parfaits pour des vacances farnientes 😀 Merci à Laetitia pour son accueil et chaleureux et sa gegentillesse.
