Pelican Cottage offers an ideal setting for either a fun family holiday or romantic interlude. Perfectly positioned, within metres of a child friendly beach (with no roads to cross) and only a short stroll from Dunsborough’s trendy cafes and shops including the famous Dunsborough bakery, this is the ideal place to put your feet up and relax!

The cottage is fully self-contained and comfortably furnished, and features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, two bedrooms and a spacious loft, sleeping up to eight. A private patio offers you the opportunity to relax whilst enjoying some of the fresh local produce, a barbecue and a glass of award winning wine.

The Cottage is an easy three hours drive from Perth and is convenient to all attractions of the South West.

About the South West Area

Dunsborough is in the centre of the South West region of Western Australia, which is a must for all holiday makers. It is an easy three hours drive from Perth. The South West Region has something for everyone, pristine beaches, old growth forest, wineries, gourmet food and art galleries and studios.

The area has some of the oldest forests in the State - here you can take a short stroll and view the wildlife including kangaroos, sit quietly and listen to the birdlife, at the same time enjoying the wildflowers. There are various caves to explore and for the energetic, or not so energetic, there are a number of walk trails.

Some of the most pristine beaches in the world can be found in the area, with swimming beaches for all, some protected and ideal for young children or snorkelling and some ideal for board or body surfing. You can take a tour or go diving yourself on the largest dive wreck in the Southern hemisphere or go fishing at one of the numerous fishing spots.

Travel through this famous wine area and enjoy the wine tasting, a meal at one of the many great restaurants and at the same time visit the large number of art and craft galleries.

A refundable security bond of $500 applies to all bookings. Linen not included - can be hired on arrangement.
