Welcome to The Radford. A Spacious split-level executive apartment centrally located minutes from the beach, city, shopping and airport. Whether on business or pleasure relax and unwind with a game of pool indoors or glass of wine on the large verandah overlooking the tropical garden.
If you're feeling active take advantage of the walking/jogging/bike path leading to the Nightcliff foreshore, where you will also find the 50m public swimming pool, public tennis courts and jetty/boat ramp.
Fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment. Master bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and seperate bathroom. There is also a 3rd toilet and indoor laundry with clothes dryer on the ground level. Enormous living space and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Other features include 2 verandahs and small courtyard, secure offstreet parking for 3 vehicles or public transport only metres away. The apartment and facilities are not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.
Darwin has a number of great markets. Both the Nightcliff Market and Rapid Creek Market are within walking distance to the Radford apartment.

Food stalls, plants, crafts, massages, live entertainment and local produce.

Mindil Beach Sunset Market
This local institution draws thousands who come to watch the sunset and try the variety of food offered by stallholders. Local craftspeople have work on display and musicians and performers entertain.

Dawin Cup Carnival - July to August 2008
Known to racing fans as the Melbourne Cup of the North, the Darwin Cup Carnival extends over a five-week period and takes in eight exciting days of horseracing at the Fannie Bay Racecourse, promising more than A$1 million in prize money.
Thousands of visitors flock to the Top End in July and August both for the racing and the carnival atmosphere that surrounds the event. The social whirl includes cocktail parties, luncheons, fashion parades, a gala ball and, of course, racing.
The Fannie Bay racecourse is within close proximity to the Radford Apartment. It is either a 7 minute taxi ride, an easy 10 minute bus ride or 30 minutes on foot

Staged over three fabulous days in Darwin's dry season, the V8 Supercars are not just fast and loud but are eagerly awaited and appreciated by Territorians, interstate visitors and international tourists, of all ages. Between races, additional entertainment such as parachutists, drag cars and motorbike stunt riders keeps the track full of action.
