You will have a private room with a very comfortable Queen size Bed.(so our guests tell us) The room is off the courtyard detached from the house. The room Includes, Reverse cycle Heating, Cooling, 32"LCD HD TV/DVD, with FREE CABLE FOXTEL PLATINUM PACKAGE, Kitchenette with fridge microwave, toaster and single hotplate, tea coffee making facilities, and full ensuite bathroom. We have Safety box access if you have valuables or documents locked away.. It is quiet and private, clean and comfortable. With private access along the side of the house. Free use of Laundry.
We offer Discount for singles and Seniors. Heated outdoor spa to relax in after a long day. we have 2 small dogs so if you don't like pets we probably aren't the best place for you to stay. WE ACCEPT CASH; EUROS; POUNDS AND US DOLLARS. sorry no credit card facillities yet.
Yarraville/ Kingsville
We are approx. 6.5 KM's from the City and less than 10 mins by car to CBD, TelstraDome, Victoria Market, Willliamstown Beach, Kensington shopping Village, Flemmington Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Cup, along with all the great facillities Melbourne has to offer.
It's only a 10 minute walk to Yarraville and Seddon Villages, where you can catch the Train into the City or to Williamstown Beach.
Yarraville Village is unique and retains its Village feel. It has great cafes, restauraunts, an Irish Pub ,some great shops, and the famous Sun Cinema ,where you can relax with a glass of wine, or coffee while watching the latest movies. There are numerous eateries, all within a 10-15 minute walk from your accommodation. There is also a bus stop only 200.meters away which goes to the local Footscray markets little Saigon Market, and Highpoint shopping centre. We have a supermarket 800m away and a 10 min walk or 1 min drive!
Facillities
We will be in the main house ready to assist in making your stay comfortable, whilst respecting your privacy.
We have 2 small dogs Teddy and Clio, who are friendly, and will be kept mainly in the house. If you don't like dogs then we probably aren't the best place for you to stay.
You will have access to the main part of the house to use the Laundry, washing machine and powder are free but we ask $2 to use the dryer ( the clothes line is free :)
We offer FREE use of Broadband wireless internet and cable TV
We like to respect your privacy, and also enjoy being able to assist making your stay in Melbourne relaxed. The room is not huge but comfortable for 2 people. There are 2 bikes with helmets which you can use to explore the area. You have an En-suite bathroom and Kitchenette with tea coffee facillities along with fridge microwave oven toaster and single hotplate. Free to air HD Television channels, as well as FOXTEL PLATINUM on 32'' LCD HD TV with dvd player and radio cd player in your room . Light breakfast provisions are also supplied daily....We have an electronic safe for passports and valuables. ** Bed Linen is changed weekly.. towels second daily or more often on request.**
