This ground floor apartment has a light and airy feel about it. The south facing patio doors slide to allow you to easily access the garden area via the patio.
This makes for easy movement throughout the day and lets you come and go at your leisure.
The apartment itself is well kitted out with all mod cons you need.
32in TV/DVD in lounge with new android TV box to keep you up to date with Corrie when away from home.
The spacious and comfortable lounge combined with the bright and airy feel add to the sense of relaxation.
Kitchen is well kitted out with dishwasher to keep the holiday chores to a minimum.
One double bedroom & one twin bedroom comfortably sleep 4 adults with additional inflatable beds should they be required.Both bedrooms are well finished and new bed linen adds to the level of comfort in the apartment.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over for relaxing soaks in the bath in the evening ,refreshing showers in the morning.
The twin room has an en-suite shower/ toilet.
There is a barbecue outside should you feel the need to eat burnt food, and our children insist that we do this once a week when in Portugal.
The patio is perfect for sitting at the table with sun canopy, and dining whilst enjoying the sea view.
Sun loungers (4) are provided for the garden area.

We live in Northern Ireland and love to get to the warm dry climate that Luz have been renting the apartment for over a year and love to see others get enjoyment from this little piece of heaven.
Why they chose this property
We purchased the property when the kids were young so we could get them off to bed and relax on the patio with the sea view.The ground floor apartment was vital for toddlers, but we soon realised the ease of movement was the big bonus with this apartment.
What makes this property unique
The ground floor patio helps you meander from apartment to pool throughout the day and adds to the feeling of easy with which you can get lots of sun, and the ease with which you can get some respite at the fridge when things get too hot.
