Guests are kindly requested to contact the on-site manager (message/text is best) upon their arrival in Melbourne and tell their estimated arrival time. Guests can contact the on-site manager using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The on-site manager will be waiting for guests at the apartment complex with the keys if the on-site manager has been contacted before arrival.
Luggage storage facilities are available if the apartment is still being cleaned when guests arrive early at the property.
Guests are required to present a valid credit card (not debit card) and photo ID/passport upon check-in. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest and be present at check-in.
IMPORTANT: The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the enquiry. Guests who are unable to meet these check-in requirements will not be granted access to the apartments.
The credit card will be pre-authorised with an amount from $500.00AUD up to $2,000AUD and will be held as a security deposit. Please note that a 3.05% surcharge applies for payments made with an American Express credit card.
