MINIMUM STAY - 3 NIGHTS
(DISCOUNTED rates for 7 nights or more)

QUEEN BED - $190 per night for ONE PERSON or a COUPLE using the queen bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is locked.

EXTRA BEDS – $50 extra per bed per night.

- TWO king singles in the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom
- TWO aerobeds can be set up in the living area and main bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE:

If 2 people require 2 separate beds, the rate is $240 per night.

Weekly Rates: (Discounted) - $160 per night
Monthly Rates: (Discounted) - $140 per night
for ONE PERSON or a COUPLE using Queen Bed.

PLUS $50 per night for each extra bed.

  • "Great location, close to all transport, having the IGA Supermarket downstairs was very convenient. The football stadium, being literaturely down the road was great for my teenage boys to go and watch a game and not worry about them, they had a great time. Having the availability of parking within the complex was extremely convenient and safe for me on this visit, travelling without my husband. The apartment facilities were extremely good, comfortable and very private. Top class stay. Would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Would love to stay again when next in Melbourne."

  • "We had a fantastic time at the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, not least because of Paul's great hospitality and the fantastic location of the Watergate Apartments. Watergate is located right on the tram line where you can also catch a regular free city circle service. It is located directly behind Southern Cross station and right next door to Docklands Stadium for sports lovers. There are supermarkets, liquor shops, internet cafes and great restaurants all within the same block as the apartment. The pool was great for lap swimming and heated to a very comfortable level. Definitely recommended for your stay in Melbourne. Perfect base for family or group holidays. "
