Delightful fully furnished and self contained 1 bedroom apartment in the very centre of Perth. The apartment has been recently renovated and is located in a fully secure building with roof top spa and BBQ area.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Swan River and the city centre. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop and microwave. There are 2 televisions in the apartment, DVD player, CD player and sound system. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning. The bathroom contains a bath, shower and hair dryer.
For you to enjoy the view of the Swan River and Perth City from the ninth floor balcony there is a table and chairs. A perfect place to relax and enjoying a refreshing drink at the end of a hard day of sight seeing or shopping.
Between $85 and $145 depending on length of stay and time of year.

We also have a studio apartment in East Perth. This apartment is in a secure complex with a pool. It is self contained with a fully equiped kitchen, tv, dvd, sound system and bathroom with a bath. The rate is $75 - $100 per night depending on the time of year and length of stay. Weekly rates of $495 for bookings in excess of 1 month. Secure parking is available for an additional $5 per night.

KINGS PARK
Overlooking the city and Swan River is Kings Park. An absolute must for any visitor to Perth. The park is set on a huge 400 hectares of land more than 50% of consists of native bush. The views of the city and river foreshore have to be seen to be believed. The lotteries federation walkway is an exciting and relatively new addition to the park. The walkway is a path of steel and glass that takes you on a walk through the treetops.
GO FOR A CYCLE
Perth and Fremantle have an extensive network of cycle paths. You can cycle around Perth just about anywhere and not have to worry about the traffic. Remember pedistrians have right of way on dual use cyclepaths and bicycle helmets are compulsory.
VISIT PERTH ZOO
The Perth Zoo is located at 20 Labouchere Rd, South Perth. This is accesible by ferry and a very short walk or by bus or bicycle. The Zoo is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm everyday of the year. The zoo has an excellent Australian Walkabout freaturing an array of Australia's native wildlife and flora. There is also an Asian Rainforest and African Savannah display.
THE PERTH MINT
The famous Perth Mint is located just metres away on Hay St and is definitely worth a visit. The historic building was opened in 1899 to refine gold from WA's newly discovered goldfields. There is spectacular gold pouring demonstration held hourly in the original Melt House. Open 7 days a week (9.00am to 4.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am to 1.00pm on weekends and public holidays.)
VISIT BURSWOOD CASINO
Burswood Casino is located on the foreshore at Burswood. The Casino has 9 restaurants, 6 bars, a nightclub, 24 hour casino, a theatre and golf course.
TAKE A RIVER CRUISE
Take a river cruise and enjoy the majestic beauty of the Swan River. There are a variety of cruises available from various operators including scenic cruises, luncheon cruises, evening dinner cruises and the very famous Swan River Wine Cruise where you visit the beautiful Swan River wine district - you can usually hear the wine cruises returning along the river in the late afternoon!
HIRE A CATAMARAN
Various catamarans are available for hire on the South Perth foreshore. This is a great way to enjoy the scenery of Perth from the Swan River. The hire company is located next to the cycle path on the foreshore at South Perth.
VISIT THE SWAN BELL TOWER
The swan bell tower is home to a variety of clocks, bells, sundials, telescopes and a complete working set of tubular bells. The swan bells include the twelve bells of St-Martin-in-the-Fields. Open between 10.00am and 4.00pm every day. The entry fee is $6 for adulst and $4 for childrena and concession holders. There is free admission on the first Tuesday of every month. The Bell Tower is located in Barrack Square on Riverside Drive, Perth. The blue CAT stops at Barrack St.
VISIT THE FORESHORE
Hire a bicycle and cycle the circular route around the foreshore (10klms round trip). This a beautiful and memorable way to see Perth. The magnificent Swan River foreshore is only a minutes walk down Victoria Ave. You can hire a canoe or a bicycle which is an excellent way to see the foreshore of Perth as there is a comprehensive network of walkway/cycle paths along the foreshore. Alternatively a ferry ride or private boat charter from Barrack St Jetty is another delightul way to see Perth.
TAKE A BUS RIDE AROUND PERTH
Perth has an excellent public transport system including a free transit zone. The free transit zone operates in Perth, East Perth and West Perth. There are 3 bus routes that are operating every 5 to 10 minutes throughout the day. The buses are known as CAT buses and are easily accessed and recognisable. Both the CAT buses and bus-stops are decorated by a large panther like cat. The CAT buses provides easy access to all of Perths main attractions.
VISIT ROTTNEST ISLAND
Definitely worth a visit is Rottnest Island where you will find many delightful and secluded bays for snorkelling, picnicking or sunbathing. There are no vehicles allowed on Rottnest which makes a very relaxing place to visit. The island is accessed by ferry or airplane. The ferry departs from Barrack St Jetty and Fremantle at regular intervals throughout the day. Rottnest is located 19 kilometres from Perth.
THE SWAN VALLEY
The Swan Valley is just 25 minutes from Perth and home to many boutiques wineries and micro breweries. This is a rice and fertile grape growing region with excellent wildlife parks and arts and craft centres. Many of the wineries back onto the Swan River so for a really memorable day why not take a boat cruise. If you want to do your own research into the health benefits of a good drop of red, just walk down to Barrack Street jetty and board one of the cruise boats. The wine cruises are usally easy to identify as you can often hear the merriment before the boat comes into view!
