Spacious and bright penthouse with panorama seaview


Spacious and bright penthouse (90m2) with a large terrace (40m2) that has sun all day and beautiful sunsets.
It´s locaded in the beautiful green area of Ladera Del Mar 1. It has a capacity of 6 people and it´s on one level. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms but only ONE has a shower. Livingroom and kitchen are open plan with sea views.
The livingroom has a new sofabed for two persons 140 cm. AC in both bedrooms and the livingroom.
The terrace has a dining table with six chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a grill.
The location is a few minutes drive from Nerja centre if you go by car. Free parking is available outside the house.
It´s about 2,7 km to Nerja centre and you can walk the most part along the beach. There is also a busstation nearby.
The chared pool is very nice with a large lawn sunbeds, umbrellas, toilet and a shower. Perfect for children.
There is some stairs to the apartment and the pool

With just a few minutes walking there are several beaches. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby.
Free WIFI and TV with a wide selections of foreign channels are availabe.
Final cleaning, electricity, sheets and towels are included. Not the beachtowels.

Fantastic view from the property and a very spacious terrace. Very steep hills to walk up/ down to the beach and pool but that was ok for us as it was worth it!The pool was great; long enough to swim a few lengths and it was so quiet! Lovely bar & restaurant close by which we visited a few times over our stay.

Clean place with a spectacular view. Not too many restaurants within walking distance so helpful to have a car/ bring your own groceries. Overall would definitely recommend!

The Best View in Nerja – Super Balcony and Amazing Views

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this villa. The views were amazing whether seeing the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped and had an abundance of everything one needs including an outside BBQ grill with charcoal and starter. Super clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. We will definitely would rent this one again.

As good as we hoped for!

We originally booked this apartment pre covid but had to cancel due to travel restrictions. I was determined to visit this year as the views and pictures looked ideal. We weren’t disappointed! It was a beautiful spot and the views didn’t disappoint. Very peaceful location with limited local bars/ shops - but enough for a week or so. Nerja is a short ride on the bus from the end of the road - just €1 ( mask still required) or €10 in a taxi. Nerja ha lots of lovely bars and restaurants and Frigliona is also worth a visit. Overall a lovely break and great place to stay. Host was also very helpful and responsive. A

Apartment with a view

The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The view is gorgeous from inside and out on the patio. Property managers were responsive. It does have a series of steps to get up to it which we didn’t mind but a thought for those less mobile. Also, not all beds were made up bit when we requested them to be management came by and did. As well we had to request a 2nd set of towels along with hand towels. Overall the property is great but should provide a change of linens based on things happen.

Just like on the pictures, but better!

Renting somebody else's house is always a little worrisome, but there is no need to worry in this case. The house was clean, well furnished and the view -- which everybody mentions -- is truly spectacular! We did not find the 50 or so steps to be difficult, but be aware that there is no way to avoid them each time that you leave the unit. Parking at the base of the steps is plentiful but can require some tight manoeuvering. While we did walk a few times to Nerja itself, I believe that you do need a car to appreciate the area. It is a wonderful town with several good restaurants; by the way, we were there in February and had no difficulty finding a good selection of restaurants in Nerja. The same holds true for Playa Burriana which you will enjoy.

Spectacle Sea View

One of the best holiday rental properties we have ever been to. Immaculate, spacious with every kitchen item you would need if you like to cook while on holiday. The terrace is spacious and the view one you would never tire of. Pool a short walk away and nice grassy/ shady area. We walked into town which takes about 35 minutes to Balcon de Europa but also used the hourly bus for €1 (mask required) it leaves from bottom of hill at ten to the hour till quite late. Taxi back nice as cuts out the hill and was €7. Local beach has nice chilled vibe with barely noticeable road noise. Fish in restaurant cooked on beach BBQ highly recommended as is the Pina colada from the beach bar. I would just add caution for anyone who struggles with mobility as there is a bit of a climb up steps from the car parking area on the road below. Worth it if you are physically able as makes the apartment very quiet and being higher enhances the view. I didn’t see any dolphins but believe there have bee sightings. Maybe next time🤞🏼

This was a great space to relax and enjoy the sunshine and local beach restaurants ( easily walkable x 3 choices) and just a 5 min car trip to parking on outskirts of Nerja. Supermarket also close by (again choice of 3) Peaceful with great views and very comfortable terrace furniture for sunbathing and eating. There are a decent amount of steps to get to the villa but the stairway is clear and easily accessible for mobile people. Yvonne the owner was most helpful and quick to respond, the local agent not so.

Schöner Ausblick, alles bestens. Parken kein Problem Zweites Bad war hilfreich. Strand in der Nähe sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Pool etwas weit weg. Aber Ok.Gerne wieder.

As advertised, clean and beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well maintained condo. The pool area provided a nice respite from the heat and a short walk provided access to a nice quiet beach.

Extraordinaria estancia

Fantástico apartamento con una extraordinaria terraza mirando al mar Mediterráneo. Las fotografías de la terraza se quedan pequeñas comparadas con la realidad (lo que no suele ocurrir a menudo).Como pega solo podría decir que las camas son mejorables y quizá añadiría algunos utensilios más en la cocina, aunque en general está bien equipada.Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo y muy recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones, con la encantadora Nerja a cinco minutos en coche.

Sommer in Andalusien

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Apartment. Wir haben es sehr genossen, allein die Abende auf der Terrasse waren ein Traum und auch im Pool hatten wir riesigen Spaß. Es war fast alles vorhanden was man benötigt um mit einer vierköpfigen Familie dort zu nächtigen. Das ein oder andere könnte mal hinzugefügt oder erneuert werden. Yvonne und der Hausverwalter waren sehr nett und immer für Fragen offen.

Traumhaft

Unser Aufenthalt war vom traumhaften Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang wundervoll. Der Kontakt mit Yvonne war so wie ich es mag: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, man erhielt sehr schnell Antwort.Die Aussicht ist grandios! Frühstücken mit diesem Blick aufs Meer einfach fantastisch!An kühleren oder sehr windigen Tagen kann man gemütlich drin an der großen Glasfront sitzen und ebenso die Aussicht genießen. Die 50 Treppen nach oben sollten nicht abschrecken. Sie sind sehr bequem zu laufen und selbst für mich mit einem aktuellen Meniskusriss waren sie kein Problem!Es gibt gut funktionierende Heizungen, was gerade im Januar für die Abende wichtig ist. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle, Mülltüten und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Ebenso 2 Tiefkühlfächer.Nerja ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, aber auch zu Fuß will man mal eine Tapas-Tour machen.Sehr positiv sind auch die beiden Toiletten und in den Schlafzimmern die Mückennetze. W-Lan funktioniert super, alles war top sauber.100% Weiterempfehlung!

Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr grosse Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Nerja. Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Lovely home with stunning view

The house is lovely and spacious, offering everything you need, especially for a family holiday. It’s well-equipped for cooking and laundry, with the added convenience of a balcony that makes drying clothes easy. The balcony also provides a stunning view of both sunrise and sunset. I rated the location 3 stars primarily due to the stairs and the pool’s location, which weren’t to my liking. However, the proximity to the beach is excellent—just a five-minute walk, and you’re there. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay, with the added bonus of being close to Lidl, Aldi, and several restaurants just down the road.

Familien Urlaub in einem Top Apartment 😎

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, das Apartment ist super geräumig und sehr sauber. Über die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse braucht man nicht viel zu sagen Die vorherige Bewertung und die Bilder sprechen für sich. Einfach fenomenal. Ob morgens beim Frühstück oder abends beim Bier, der Ausblick ist einfach grandios und man genießt jeden Augenblick. Die Schlafräume und der Salon sind mit Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Im Sommer auch notwendig. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und einen Hang hinauf..deshalb unbedingt mit einem Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Ohne wäre man aufgeschmissen. Das ist der einzig kleine Kratzer, dass man Abends nicht in den Ort schlendern kann sondern auf den Wagen angewiesen ist. Aber wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt, dann ist alles tippi toppi. Alles im allem ein super Aufenthalt in einem super tollem Apartment 👍😃 Muchos saludos!
