Uninterrupted views across the country-side and off to the ocean make this property spectacular. The main house is vast and beautifully finished, with three bedrooms and ensuites, a large kitchen, and an open-plan dining/sitting area.

The bedrooms are all centrally heated for the winter and air-conditioned for the summer months. The real fire place creates ambience and plenty of warmth when needed. A plasma screen TV, connected to Digital television, CD player and DVD player are included. Wrap around verandas enable you to enjoy taking in the views or dining alfresco.

A separate cottage offers one king bedroom, two sets of bunk beds, a kitchen, dining and living room, plus a large newly renovated family bathroom. The cottage includes a combustion fireplace, air-conditioning, television and DVD player.

Everything was beyond our expectation! We had a wonderful weekend, dinner at Silo's was great and so too, was our host Rob! Very informative as well! We decided we would head
into Berry for Late Breakfast, have a good look around - do a little damage @ Simply Red! Stock up on provisions at the IGA, Emporium and Butcher, and thus set ourselves up for the rest of our stay!

This meant that when we arrived back for our picnic lunch, we could just relax, enjoy the beautiful day and our wonderful environment! Needless to say, we lit
up the fire at dusk (after our massages!), popped a bottle of champers, charged up the barby and had a fabulour night dining in!

We would like to congratulate you for creating such a wonderful, relaxing ambiance away from the rat race of Sydney! We actually do have the pool, cabana
and tennis court at our house in Wahroonga, however, its just not the same when its in a different environment and its not our property to clean and maintain - it was great to enjoy, and walk away!

PERSONALISED STAYS

Our Berry property is a perfect location to provide you with your requirements.
The property is split into two seperate accomodations. The main house includes three King bedrooms (can be split into king singles) and the cottage includes a King bedroom (can be split into king singles) and two sets of bunk beds.

You can either book the main house as your place of residence and use the cottage for staff, or two families can be accomodated very comfortably between the two residences.

We can provide personal chefs, babysitters, in-house massages/beauty treatments , on-site tennis coaching and more. Whatever you require, we will surely be able to fulfill your needs.

Birthdays, Christmas, Christenings.
We are unable to cater for weddings, hens and bucks nights.

We can organise events from a simple romantic get-a-way with a gourmet picnic organised including a personalised monogrammed picnic rug, to a full day celebration.
