Bellarine Peninsula

There are lots of attractions to discover and things to do for all ages. If steam trains are your thing, dont miss out on the experience and take the family on a journey aboard the Bellarine Peninsula Railway for a return journey from Queenscliff to Drysdale. Steam train trips are relaxing family entertainment. Children love the colour, movement and sound of the team locomotives and the older generations experience nostalgia reliving the times when steam trains were an every day part of travel. For music lovers and/or perhaps corporate functions why not consider Victoria\'s best blues musicians with a meal and show and join a progressive party on the Legendary Blues Train.

Guest Reviews

  • "Great house - it was a real joy to stay at Flinders Nest - only reservation was fire pilot did not work (yes we did need it in December!) but we got round that and owners were very helpful and attentive. There was limited kitchen equipment which challenged us as we like to cook !! Even on holiday !! We were a stone's throw from the beach ie 2mins walk which was great and an easy short walk too into Queenscliff shopping street. All in all we enjoyed a happy, enjoyable and comfortable Christmas break and would recommend Flinders Nest to anyone who is considering a holiday to Queenscliff"

  • "Fantastic girl's weekend was had by 7 of us! Very cosy, comfortable, light, clean and smart property that is situated close to the beach and town. The spa and open fireplace just topped it off! It is however situated next to the footy oval but we didn't find it very noisy.I would highly recommend this property.Rowena"

  • "Great location, close to the beach and with easy access to the main town. The house is elegant, clean and very spacious. It is a great place to get away from it all while still having all the comforts of home."
