ACTIVITIES

The Beach, Pool, Spa, Tennis Court and Golf Course (green fees apply) are all within a short walking distance of the villa or enjoy the nearby walking tracks and sporting fields.

Venture a little further and enjoy the many other wonders of Coffs Harbour, such as the Coffs Harbour Jetty, Big Banana, Pet Porpoise Pool, the many beautiful beaches located along the Coffs Coast or take a day trip inland and visit the arts and crafts of the hinterlands.

On rainy days, sit back inside your villa with a movie, or let the kids entertain themselves with the X-box provided. Visit the resort games room or take a trip into Coffs and go Ten Pin Bowling, enjoy a Movie at the Cinema, go to Jungle Bungle, Ice Skating or go snow tubing at the Big Banana's indoor ski slope.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Opal Cove Villa's accomodates a MAXIMUM of 10 people of 6 adults and 4 children or 4 adults and 6 children.

Higher rates apply to stays which are less than seven (7) days and a fee of $50 per adult per night for more than 6 adults.

PAYMENT: Payment is accepted via Visa card, Mastercard, Bank Card, and Direct Deposit 24 hours pior to arrival.
NB. Payment by cheque required 3 workign days prior to arrival
BOND: A bond of $300.00 is reuqired prior to arrival. The Bond is refunded in full within 72 hours of departure providing no damage is found to the villa or its contents and keys returned. The villa must be left in a clean & tidy manner.(Note: A higher bond may be required in some circumstances)
DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to one nights accomodation, is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds of deposits are non refundable unless the cancellation dates can be re-booked. Transfers of bookings subject to availability.
CHECK IN: 2.30pm
CHECK OUT: 10.00am
(early check in or late check out, may be arranged subject to availablity)
TELEPHONE: No land line is available within the villa. Guests are advised to bring their mobile phone where available. A public telephone is available within the Opal Cove Resort.
SMOKING: The villa is Non-Smoking. Guests are requested to smoke outside the villa. (ashtrays provided)
PETS: No pets are allowed in the villa complex
GROUPS: Accomodation is for familys, children are sibblings of paying guests. Sporting Groups, Schoolies and similar organisations may attract higher rates and bonds at the discrection of Opal Cove Villas.
