If golfing is more your style, Nelson Bay Golf Course, Horizons at Salamander Bay and Pacific Dunes at Medowie are all Championship Courses and just a short drive to each one.
Port Stephens Winery, Wonganella Wines and Divers Luck Vineyard are minutes away, but if you prefer the Hunter Valley that is about a 40minute drive.
During winter, you can watch the majestic humpback whales from the comfort of the house, as they make their pilgrimage to warmer waters to give birth, and then watch them when they come south again with their babies.
