On the lower floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. This floor also has a second balcony, creating a pleasant and peaceful space to relax.



The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a practical and functional environment for preparing and sharing meals, making the stay even more convenient and pleasant.



The apartment features air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort throughout the year.



Located in a condominium with direct pedestrian access to the beach and Carvoeiro town centre, Apartamento Carvoeiro Playa allows you to enjoy beaches, restaurants and shops just a few steps away, making it the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Standard Breakage Deposit: €300 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Excellent stay close to everything

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The balconies were perfect for relaxing and the location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Best location in Carvoeiro!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces like the two balconies were perfect for relaxing. Having direct pedestrian access to the beach and the town center made our holiday so much easier. We also enjoyed dinner at O Cantinho restaurant just around the corner.

Clean and spacious property with balcony upstairs. Short walk down steps directly to the beach area. Plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. Boat trips to the caves run throughout the day from the local beach. Easy to explore other towns and beaches and there is an easy walk over the cliff via a boardwalk route to see some beautiful cliff/ cave formations. Friendly town with plenty to do nearby.

The perfect choice for our Algarve holiday!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and the charming town center. The apartment itself is modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved the two balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and having a second fridge downstairs was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay at Carvoeiro Playa Apartment! The place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed. Appartement bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage.Les photos /vidéos sur le site mettent trop en valeur l appartement par rapport à la réalité.La vue ne donne pas sur la plage mais un mur des maisonnettes. L appartement est en réalité plus petit que la vidéo ne laisse penser, il convient mieux à un couple. La cuisine se trouve à l étage et le frigo au RDC, ce qui n est pas très pratique. Il n est pas évidemment de localiser l appartement à l arrivée. Le rapport qualité prix devrait être meilleur.
