Situated right on the bank of the Swan River this riverfront apartment offers some of the best uninterrupted views of the river in Perth and Fremantle.The “Brighton Apartments” were built about six years ago and form part of the modern and trendy “Northbank Village" complex in North Fremantle. You can sit on the balcony watching the boats passing by and they are frequently joined by pelicans, black swans and dolphins that play right outside your bedroom window. The apartments have two lifts, Indoor Pool, Spa, Sauna and Gym and secure under croft parking.
There is a large public grassed area in front of the apartments, with beach, swings and slides, seats and nature walk along the river bank. It is a great area for a picnic on a sunny day. Cycle tracks lead around the river and along to the beach.
Many pubs and restaurants are nearby including the trendy Left Bank Bar and Restaraunt on the opposite side of the river which overflows with people every Sunday afternoon.
Cosmopolitan Fremantle Town Centre is about 5 minutes drive away and the beach around 1 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. The fashionable shopping centres of Cottesloe and Claremont are only a few minutes drive away and Perth CBD around a 15 minute drive up the Stirling Highway. North Fremantle Train Station is also close by and the Rottnest Ferry Jetty is located directly in front of the apartments on the opposite side of the river.
The apartment can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children using bunk beds.
Main Bedroom - One Queen size bed, two bed side tables and lamps, clock radio, large built in robes with sliding mirror doors, Desk. Large sliding doors to balcony.
Single Bedroom - Bunk Beds plus built in wardrobe, bed side table and lamp.
Bathroom- Large fully tiled shower / corner bath and double hand basin and mirror.
Toilet - Separate WC with hand basin and mirror.
Kitchen - Fully equipped modern kitchen with “Smeg” Oven, Hotplate and Dishwasher. Large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Purified Water Tap at sink, Electric Coffee Grinder, Telephone Point.
Laundry - Integral laundry with front loading washing machine combined dryer.
Lounge/Dining- Modern 6 seater dining table, Corner Lounge Suit, Coffee Table, Lamp, 80 cm Panasonic LCD Television, DVD Player, CD/Radio/Tape Player,Play Station, large sliding doors to balcony.
Balcony - Large Private Balcony situated on the first floor and set back only metres from the waters edge. Uninterrupted views of the Swan River, watch the dolphins and boats pass by. Outside dining setting plus gas BBQ. The balcony also has clear PVC café blinds that can be pulled down to make it fully enclosed, enabling its use all year round.
Parking - Secure Single Undercover Parking is available under the apartments with security door access.
Storage- A large lock up secure store is available in the under croft garage, contains two “Boogie Boards” and toys for the beach.
Indoor Pool ( not heated ), Spa, Sauna and Gym- Provided in the complex for tenants use.
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning- A split unit in the lounge room keeps the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Linen- All provided including, bath towels, tea towels and beach towels.
High Chair - Available for hire $20 per stay.
Porta Cot - Available for hire $15 per day includes linen.

Well we're at home now and finally over the Jet lag! We both loved Fremantle, but were glad of the location of the apartment, just out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was beautiful, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stop for the week. The decor is superb, and the view from the balcony must be one of the nicest in Fremantle. We didn’t use the air con until the last couple of days but we figured it out and boy did we need it! I will definitely recommend the apartment to anyone I hear of who is visiting W.A. I know if we're ever in that part of the world again I shall be giving you a ring!
