Large independent Ibizan style villa with 1500 m2. of garden.
Nice house with Ibizan style design distributed over two floors, on the upper floor are the 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and two with 6 bunk beds each, two bathrooms with shower and two showers outside. (Maximum capacity: 12 people)
Villa El Pinar has very wide common spaces:
The living room distributed in several environments with a large fireplace and a large dining table with 12 seats. From the living room we access through a large sliding window to the Garden.
New kitchen of recently refurbished design, is equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. and the complete utensils. From the kitchen we also go out to the garden and it is connected to the barbecue area with a large window that can be opened.
But the best of the house is the large garden of 1500 m2 with large pine trees that provide shade and a careful lawn. A large table with 12 seats next to the barbecue is ideal to enjoy pleasant barbecues and summer evenings outdoors.
Parking area for several cars.
