Wellington Crescent is in a quiet part of East Melbourne, yet is only 10 minutes walk from Collins Street and Federation Square, and 3 minutes on foot to the MCG.

Wellington Crescent is not a through route, and is thus serene, tranquil and restful. Yarra Park and Fitzroy Gardens are within a five minute walk, and the Botanical Gardens are about a fifteen minute walk away.
The architecture of the building is based on the famous Royal Crescent in Bath, England.
This stylish home is an end-of-terrace north-east facing ground floor apartment with a private patio and small garden, and attracts sunlight for much of the day. It has:
