Vila Azul is a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach villa on the Algarve cliffs. Uniquely located just a 3-minute walk from the secluded “Beijinhos” beach.
You’ll have access to a private garden with sun loungers, shared pool, an amazing rooftop with dining area, private parking for 2/3 cars, EV charging, air conditioning in all rooms & WiFi.
15 min walk to the city centre.
Perfect for families or friends - Ideal for 6 guests, maximum 8, including children and infants.
*PLEASE NOTE: Vila Azul is scheduled for renovation during the winter. The layout, furniture, amenities, and decoration may be refreshed and may differ from the current photos.*
Key features:
- 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one with two single beds and one with a queen bed, en-suite and balcony). Third bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a queen bed and private bathroom.
- One crib, one highchair and 2 inflatable single beds available upon request.
- Three full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and fresh towels.
- Air condition + Ceiling/standing fans in every room, including the living room.
Portugal is very safe, but your peace of mind is our priority. An alarm system with indoor motion sensors and window sensors protects the villa. Three outdoor cameras are monitoring the side entrance and garage area. It’s required to arm the alarm at night and whenever leaving the property.
• Sustainability:
To save energy and follow sustainability principles, the air conditioning automatically switches off when windows are left open.
• Nature & Surroundings:
The property is surrounded by amazing greenery, so you may occasionally see animals/insects, and they may make their way into the villa at times. Our gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the garden, and will do his best not to disturb you. If pesticides are in use, warning signs will be displayed throughout the villa complex.
• Guest Identification:
In compliance with government regulations, identification documents for all guests must be provided before check-in.
• City Tax:
There is a mandatory city tax of 2€ per person per night (April–October) or 1€ per person per night (November–March). This is charged separately.
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all rubbish and leave it by the kitchen. We will take it out for you.
If you used the paddleboards, please deflatten them back to 0.5. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property and at night. They must also use the security system provided.
