This spacious house would suit 2 or 3 families.Or just a 2 people is fine. Deck out the back with Ocean views and breeze's. Large back yard lined with Coral Trees and BBQ area.Two bathrooms,2 toilets.Large Kitchen with dishwasher microwave.Split level.Internal laundry and washing machine.Ironing board and Iron.2 Car garage with lots of off street parking.
Tiled floors and carpet in the bedrooms.On the first level we have Master bedroom with ensuite and opens to outside gardens.Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed.Bedroom 3 has double bunks with double on bottom and single on top. Then we have fold out sofa in a sitting area. Up stairs Lounge and dining with another sofa.I also have lots of single rollaway beds.All rooms have TV AND DVD.Very close to the rock pool.

Kiama is 1.5 hours from Sydney. Minutes to Gerringong,Jamberoo Valley.Gerroa. 8 Minutes to the beautiful Minnamurra River.And the Kiama Golf Course and Club.5 Minutes drive to Saddleback Mountain Lookout.

"The house itself was more than what we could have hoped for, especially having two families with 5 children to entertain. There was ample space for the kids to play inside and out and a lovely view for the adults to sit on the balcony and relax. Nicely decorated inside while still kid friendly. "We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We had 3 families stay at once and it was a very clean, welcoming and homey. It's actually better than the photo's. There's lots of room to park and for the kids to run around and it's even CHILD PROOF !!! Nothing was a problem in organising our stay especially with 6 children under 4 years of age.
