We loved our stay in this apartment. The location was spectacular with stunning views from the windows and access to trails. It is extremely quiet and peaceful, away from the hubbub of town. We either took the local bus or drove to the lifts to hike the spectacular trails in the area. Our host was delightful and helpful with our questions. We would highly recommend this rental.

A beautiful location away from the crowds. Walks startling nearby. Free bus service down to the town. Beautiful accommodation and a view to die for. A great spot to relax after a day of hiking with awesome mountain views

Lovely, quiet farm

We enjoyed the stay at the farm. There are hikes right outside the door and skiing a bus ride away down the hill (free bus pass included). The decor and art in the home is pretty and in the traditional Tirol style. Home is spotless with great showers and bed. We would stay there again in the future.

Great base for the dolomites

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to start our trip in the Dolomites. We spent 2 weeks here and it was right where we needed to be to have access to everything we wanted to do in ortisei. Parking in the center of town was easy and it was super close walk to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the Dolomites near ortisei. It could not have been a better spot to stay. The owners were super nice and very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to ortisei.

very beautiful farm and housing

It is a very beautiful house and farm, with a fantastic view on the famous Dolomiti mountains. The apartment is 100% as described and pictured. The place is very quiet - an some 2-3km outside the center of St. Ulrich. You need either the car or use the very frequent buses to get to the skiing gondolas / ski lifts in 5-10min.

Three of us stayed here for a week for skiing. Very nicely finished and well-appointed apartment. The scenery is stunning! There are two sofa beds (one in the bedroom and one in the dining area) and they were surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. There was also a third bed that was also comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was space available in a large heated garage for our car as well as a boot drying rack. If you are planning to use the bus for transport for skiing, we found it easier to rent a locker in town for our ski gear as the walk back from the bus is uphill and would be harder carrying gear. The bus into Ortesei was around 5 minutes away at the Somont Hotel and very convenient. The last bus back left at 7pm so factor that into your plans. The bus may not have to route number on the front/side so look for a smaller bus leaving from AntoniusPlatz at the scheduled time and check with the driver. It is about a 40 minute walk back if you miss the bus. Overall we had a great stay, the hosts were very kind and friendly and we would definitely recommend this lovely property

Breathtaking views from a beautiful mountain side home

If you want to stay away from the hustle busel of Ortisei, St. Christina, and Selva, St. Jacob is a place to be. Very peaceful clean and spacious rental units. The views from the property are spectacular! Host family Insam was very nice and accommodating., although they primarily speak German and Italian. The property has a garage to park your car, although there is bus stop near buy. Road to the property is steep and windy, but when no snow is on the road it is easily navigated. It would have been nice to have some more supplies in the kitchen, like pepper and soap for example. Overall it was a nice stay. Danke.

Mega Ausblick in der Nähe von St. Ulrich

Eine große und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Mega Ausblick auf die Seiser Alm. St. Ulrich 5 Min entfernt, Skibus hält 200m weiter. große Garage fürs Auto inkl. Skischuhtrockner. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht, eine sehr ruhige Lage.

Sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht.Kritikpunkte: Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind alle sehr durchgelegen. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich entgegen der Beschreibung nicht in der Wohnung.Die Vermieterin bietet an, dass man notfalls bei ihr waschen kann. Unterm Strich ok.

Zeer comfortabele ruime woning, prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.

Het is inderdaad 2 km van het centrum maar dan krijg je er wel iets heel moois voor terug. Absoluut de moeite waard. Gastvrij warm ontvangst door de eigenaresse die alles uitlegt over het gebruik van het appartement. Het is een warm huis met een grote slaapkamer en zelfs een walk in closet. Heerlijke bedden, zalig geslapen in de stilte. Skilift naar Ortisei of Seiseralm is 2.1 km. Heel goed te doen en bij Seiseralm kan je gemakkelijk in één van de parkeergarages je auto kwijt. Na afloop wandel je via de brug over de weg gemakkelijk naar het gezellige dorp. Ook in de andere seizoen lijkt het me een mooi bosrijk onderkomen.ik beveel deze woning van harte aan.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Check-In Vorgang hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung ist angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wanderungen können direkt von der Unterkunft aus gestartet werden. Das Zentrum von St. Ulrich erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Toll ist auch die große Garage, die kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht. Bei schönem Wetter hat man sogar die Möglichkeit einen Gas-Grill zu nutzen. Uns persönlich fehlte ein kleiner Backofen bzw. eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion um z.B. morgens Brötchen aufzubacken. Außerdem fanden wir die Matratzen nicht ganz so bequem. Insgesamt hat uns die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft für viele Unternehmungen

Wir sind sehr herzlich bei Ankunft empfangen wurden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas anspruchsvoll, aber oben angekommen, entschädigt jeden Tag die grandiose Aussicht. Super Parkmöglichkeit in Garage, herrliche Sitzmöglichkeit in der Sonne, Grillmöglichkeit mit Gasgrill bei top Aussicht. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für 2 Personen sehr viel Platz, schönes Badezimmer. Auf Fragen/Probleme wurde sofort reagiert. Herzlichen Dank für die Eier und den leckeren Kuchen.
