Our beautiful, four star, air conditioned, dog friendly house is located only a short walk to the ever popular Coolum Beach.
Backing onto a quiet reserve and the Noosa National Park, our house has four good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and will comfortably sleep up to eight people. A perfect getaway for couples, families or groups wanting to share their holidays together and of course your four legged best friend is welcome to come along.
With holidays in mind the house has an open design with the kitchen and living area’s merging onto a lovely covered outdoor area, all with a view of the stunning inground saltwater pool.
The main living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep guests comfortable in both summer and winter.
Centrally located and within walking distance to patrolled and off lead dog friendly beaches, shopping, restaurants and cafe's, Sunshine Coast Escape is the ideal place to enjoy your next holiday.

House Details
Sunshine Coast Escape offers four good sized bedrooms and will comfortably sleep up to eight people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, separate reverse cycle air conditioner, 81cm LCD TV and own DVD player, ceiling fan, walk-in robe and ensuite. The room has a beautiful view of the salt water pool and tranquil gardens, all of which can be accessed through a large sliding door.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a built in wardrobe.
The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with single beds in each room and both have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
The main bathroom includes a bath, shower and separate toilet.
The open kitchen, dining and lounge rooms are spacious, and light and look out onto the undercover entertainment area, as well as taking in the view of the tranquil garden and pool areas through large glass sliding doors.
The area is fully air conditioned and has doors at both ends of the house allowing the sea breezes to drift slowly in and screens on all doors and windows keep those unwanted insects out.
