Tolle Gegend - in die Jahre gekommene Bungalows

Die gesamte Anlage und das allgemeine Setting sehr naturbelassen und wunderschön. Nur einige Minuten zum Badestrand mit flachem Ufer, also gut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Der Bungalow selbst jedoch noch sehr „ostig“, das Inventar sehr zusammengewürfelt, die Küchenausstattung minimalistisch. Wir waren auch froh, dass alle Fenster Insektenschutz hatten, so dass zumindest einige Spinnen abgehalten wurden, uns zu besuchen … Super war die überdachte Terasse, auf der wir auch bei Prasselregen sitzen konnten. Die Bungalows werden nach und nach Instand gesetzt, da erst kürzlich übernommen - da ist also noch Luft nach oben.

Zurück in der DDR

Der erste Eindruck vom Bistro war gut. Leider folgten nicht so schöne Bilder. Der Bungalow war sehr muffig, sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Kein TV oder Radio. Die Bänder Fensterläden waren kaputt. Beim Öffnen des Fensters fiel die Gardinenstange ab. Eine Schublade im Schlafzimmer hatte keinen Boden. Die Matratzen waren zu gross für das Bett. Es gab nur oben auf dem Klettergerüst WLAN Empfang. Es gab keine Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Bungalow bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Schränke im WZ waren komplett leer... Positiv: Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, der Badesee ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt ausreichend Platz um draußen zu spielen

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Mußten trotz Angabe des Hundes, vor Ort nochmals den Hund bezahlen. Ausstattung entsprach nicht den Angaben. Defekter Fernseher, der auch nicht ausgetauscht wurde, kein W-lan, obwohl angegeben. Die Küchenausstattung wies erhebliche Mängel auf. Der Mietpreis war nicht angemessen!

Oud huisje, maar vooral onverzorgd! Geen wifi, spinnenwebben overal, vuile badmat, geen microgolf, vuile sofa. Wel een leuke locatie.

Absolut genau beschrieben und TOP

Keine Ahnung was andere bemängeln. Ja, die Häuslichkeiten sind alt, aber man möchte nicht dort wohnen und leben sondern nur übernachten und vielleicht mal auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das wichtigste ist Sauberkeit und diese war 100 Prozent gegeben. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und Gastgeber war faszinierend und hat mich bzw uns glücklich stimmen lassen. Danke dafür und für die schönen Tage. Alles Gute für die Gastgeberfamilie.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man müsste sehr viel daran ändern. Für ein paar Tage zum ausspannen reicht es, längeren Urlaub??? Bestimmt nicht

toller See, Bungalow leider lieblos

Der See ist super, die Badestelle ist ideal für kleine Kinder, da es sehr sachte tiefer wird. Es ist sehr wenig los an der Badestelle, was wir toll fanden. Die Flächen vor den Bungalows sind sehr großzügig auch die Terrasse ist groß. Der Spielplatz auf dem Gelände machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Leider ist der Bungalow etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren alt und haben nicht in das Bett gepasst, so das sie eine Seite über gestanden haben. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine waren so alt, das wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Auch gibt es keinen Backofen nur zwei alte Kochplatten und einen mini Kühlschrank. Strom und Wasser ist separat zu zahlen.

tolle Umgebung; Unterkunft ausbaufähig

Wir haben 1 Woche in Klein Quassow verbracht. Der Bungalow ist sporadisch eingerichtet und vermutlich immer noch im Zustand wie nach seiner Errichtung. Das schlimmste für uns war der Geruch, welcher auch durch dauerhaftes Lüften nicht entwich (und im Nachgang noch in sämtlichen Bekleidungsstücken hängt...). Ansonsten hat man alles was man braucht vor Ort - nur eben in geringer Anzahl und auf einfachsten Standard (bei dem Preis aber völlig in Ordnung). Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und das Eis in Klein Quassow sehr lecker. Alles in allem dennoch ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Unter den Erwartungen

Ungeachtet der Sauberkeit war das Mobiliar teilweise verschlissen, allgemein verwohnter Eindruck, in 3 Räumen sichtbar gewellte Tapete, gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch trotz ausgiebiger Lüftung, entgegen der Angabe kein WLAN in den Bungalows sondern lediglich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haupthauses. Wasser und Strom kosten Aufpreis.

Ruhige Lage, solide Unterkunft, äußerst freundliche Betreuung

Das Bungalow ist preisentsprechend erwartungsgemäß solide mit mäßigem Renovierungsrückstand und gerade ausreichendem Raumangebot für eine vierköpfige Familie. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt an dieser Stelle vollkommen. Das Umfeld ist ruhig, für Ausflüge ist man auf Automobilität angewiesen. Der Seezugang ist eher schmal (Strandbreite ca. 10m zwischen Schilf). Kanu- und Fahrradvermietung sind direkt am Platz verfügbar, die Kanus sind in tadellosem Zustand, Fahrräder haben wir nicht gemietet, daher kann ich diese nicht beurteilen. Die persönliche Betreuung durch Frau Bonebold ist äußerst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, das gastronomische Angebot ist gut, großzügig und preislich einwandfrei.

Wir haben uns gut erholt, aber das Haus müsste liebevoller eingerichtet werden, Bilder an die wand , größere kaffeepötte, die Decke im Bad (Tapete löst sich) , herdplatten brauchen Stunden um essen warm zu machen, aber sehr ordentlich sehr sauber.
