There are 4 bedrooms which sleep 12 people and 2 bathrooms, 2 Toilets, There is also a separate dining room which leads directly onto the decking and BBQ, if you eat indoors, or on warmer days / evenings enjoy a glass of wine or meal out doors and check out the views of the beautiful Ovens valley. Please note Australia day,Labour Day,Anzac day and Queensbirthday Weekend holidays are a three day minimun Booking. Easter and Melbourne cup weekend is a Four day minimun booking. These dates are based Holidays set for the state of Victoia Australia.
PLEASE NOTE.
There is a $250 bond payable above the rental amount for additional cleaning if required. As part of the rental we request that the furniture be placed back in the original positions and all kichen items should be washed and placed back in the kitchen cupboards. Please leave the house in a neat and orderly manner.
After the cleaner has completed cleaning and all is ok the refund will be returned to you.

The property is within a few minutes walk to town with over 30 restaurants, a local brewery and numerous shops.
It is a short drive (or bus ride) to the ski slopes of Mt Buffalo, Mt Hotham, and Falls Creek, for fun in the snow.
Bright is terrific to visit all year round, with the autumn colours and huge poplar trees being a real attraction.
Other attractions to this beautiful region include swimming in the cool waters of the Ovens in Summer, bush walking, paragliding, abseiling, fishing, or dining in quality restaurants and coffee shops.

The daily price is based on 4 persons. Each additional person is charged at $14 to $16 per person per night

Fantastic house and location. We have stayed at the Whistler every year for the past 4 years and have had a great time every time. Excellent modern facilities big enough to accommodate our growing family.

The house is very beautiful, well furnished and spacious enough for 3 families and young kids. The house is very close to the town centre.We had a wonderful stay and will certainly come back one day.

The house was fantastic. It was spacious and modern with great facilities. Excellent for 3 families with young kids. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance to town, with beautiful views and in a quiet street. We will stay again.

Excellant house - close to everything we needed and plenty of room for the whole family.The house is so well set up for holidays and large families that I would recommend it to anyway wanting a little luxury away from home.

Landlord was fantastic. Location great and is well suited for couple or families. Make sure you take your bikes and ride out to the local wineries. A very well presented property.

The house was just wonderful, even better than what we expected! Bright is a beautiful little town and it was so quiet where we were. Its like we were the only ones in the area. We saw the kangaroos in the photos but didnt expect to see them, but there they were waiting to greet us on arrival. Will definately stay again!!

Exactly what we were looking for - a large house suited to a large group. It was nice to have the extra's included.
Unfortunately we only stayed one night but we will be back.
