Description
This new 3 bedroom house with double garage has a large expansive deck area which allows for Alfresco dinning with the sounds of the bush as your dinner music. Your entertainment will be watching the kangaroos graze in your back yard after dusk. The rear of the property backs onto a tranquil bush setting and has loads of room to play cricket!
Take in an early game of golf literally down the road, or an early morning stroll along the white sands of Callala Beach and watch the dolphines frolicking in the ocean, or have a cappuccino and cake at the shop opposite the beach.
Spend the day laying in the sun on the beach, swimming, snorkelling, sailing, or take a cruise on Jervis Bay.
Finish the day with fish and chips on the beach as you watch the sun set, or dress up and have a meal at the Country Club, which is a minute's walk to the end of the street, or stay home and have a relaxing BBQ on the spacious deck with your friends or family and watch for the wildlife to come out of the bushes.

Located just 2.5 hours from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra. Callala Beach is situated in Jervis Bay which boasts the whitest sands in the world with crystal clear water.
The township has a Country Club with delicious meals, Golf Course, Tennis Court, Post Office, Restaurant, general store, bakery, butcher, petrol, fish and chips, and a boat ramp only minutes away at Callala Bay.
Once at Callala Beach you can head off to Honeymoon Bay for the day, or a take a 5 minute ferry across to Huskinson.
Take a drive to Culburra Beach and view the light house, National Park and beaches, or a drive around Orient Point.
Have some oysters from the oyster farms at Greenwell Point, fresh and delicious.
