This property is located only a 5 minute stroll into town to the many cafes for lunch or just a coffee.
The beach is a few minutes walk through the walkways where there is also barbeque facilities, playground and lawn areas.
Alternatively a 5 minute car ride and you can be tasting wines at Palmers whilst waiting for a table for lunch.
The boat ramp is not far where you can board a boat to go whale watching or diving.
The home has 4 large bedrooms ideal for 4 couples or for families.
Bedroom 1 with ensuite, queen bed plus 2 single beds and trundle, television, mini fridge.
Bedroom 2 with ensuite, queen bed plus 2 bunkbeds, television, mini fridge.
Bedroom 3 with queen bed, bathroom, television.
Bedroom 4 with ensuite, queen bed, television.
All linen supplied with beds made for your arrival.
The spacious living area contains dining table for 10, spacious couches, 50 inch plasma television with Foxtel connected, cd, dvd player.
Airconditiong to all rooms in the summer months and winter snuggle up with a wine next to the cosy wood tiled fire in the living area. The modern kitchen with oven, gas hotplates, dishwasher, microwave and is stocked with all kitchen utensils.
Also off this area is a rumpus room for the kids to get away with Television and DVD.
Outside we have a well maintained secure area with covered verandahs, outdoor setting, barbeque and reticulated gardens.
There is ample parking for cars and boats - no parking on lawn areas.
