The dining room and living room are combined in one large room with a mid century modern dining room table. There is also a front enclosed sitting area that looks out onto Adams Lane. The floors in the house are mostly the original hard wood, with new vinyl flooring in the kitchen/laundry area and new tile in the hall full bathroom. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry area adjacent to the kitchen with a laundry sink. The windows have long red velvet curtains and there are many original paintings throughout the home. Indigenous restaurant is next door for an easy dining experience. Towles Court is a very quiet area, but very close to all the festivities in downtown Sarasota. Towles Court originally was an art community, which still houses many art studios in the neighborhood.

The property has security cameras on the outside of the house. There are absolutely no cameras inside.
