Located between reserve, lagoon, park and beach. Stunning clifftop walks, surf beach, and rockpools. Ideal for ocean/nature lovers and heaven for kids.

The Beach House is family run with, 1,2,3 or 5 bedroom self-contained accommodation most with 180-degree beach and park views, some with garden views, but all only 5 minutes or less walk to the beach WITH NO ROADS TO CROSS.

"A lovely beach house. Homely, bright and charming with two leafy, well-furnished decks overlooking the ocean and the park. Full of every type of book, children's toy, cooking/BBQ utensil, and linen you could want. Even better, it's on a quiet street with a little 2 minute walking track to the ocean through the grassey reserve. There was also loads of information about things to do and places to eat etc. It was clean, everything worked and the local beach is stunning. Excellent value too and a very short walk from easy transport. Thanks so much, this one is a real gem and a genuine plus point for the holiday."

"[Please note that my family actually stayed in Apartment 2 of the Beach House which was on the headland of North Curl Curl and my comments below refers to my family stay at that property] Yes, these are the views that you can see from the Beach House � so beautiful and peaceful that you simply cannot forget the place once you have stayed there. My family spent one week at the Beach House and we really loved it there because of the nice place and the nice people we met. We stayed in a lovely Apartment on the ground floor so getting to the beach and rock pool was just a few minutes walk. It was neatly set up, clean, spacious and well equipped. We liked having a cup of tea, chatting and reading the table at the patio. We think the house is among the best located houses in North Curl Curl. We took a short scenic walk along the headland nearby to Dee Why where we could see the great ocean and headland views. Every morning Olivia got up early and went for a run on the beach while I did some stretching exercise while taking all the views from the lagoon, beach to as far as Manly from the Headland beach house. I could also see people doing all sorts of activities on the beach and in/on the water. This all happened while our two kids were still asleep with sweet dreams. The atmosphere was just harmonious and that was the kind of life style that Olivia and I have always dreamt for. We went to the beach to play and to the rock pool for a swim almost every day. The kids just felt excited playing on the lovely sandy beach. And having the chance to see the eclipse on the headland near the Beach House on the night before left made it a perfect finish to our holiday. Thanks to Nicky, the house owner, who told me of this important piece of information."
